I am partial to the red lobster. I really love the food here and the cheese bread. Portions are huge so I share and it is enough. Too bad is far from downtown DC and there are not many things around this location. We happened to be doing something else in the area.

Sometimes a place of business requires a personal visit to formulate your own opinion. The menu and prices has changed at Red Lobster. However, I was pleased with my meal and the service. I was skeptical about ordering the Lobster, however it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My meal was the Grilled Lobster, shrimp and salmon. My sides were baked potato and broccoli (seasoned and cooked just right). There was brown rice was served under the salmon. Good flavor, complemented the meal. Our server Italy didn't seem to be zoned in while taking our orders, didn't write anything down, but surely did an outstanding job!! Great meal and service, Red Lobster!

I placed an online order for pickup on 11/1/2024. When I returned home, I noticed a side item was not in the bag. I called the restaurant 4x to report the issue. 3x the call was cutoff after a message played saying the line was busy. One time a human answered and immediately hung up before I could ask to speak to a manager. I am disgusted by the lack of care by the employees in packing my order. I am also not pleased with the hoops one must jump to report an issue caused by the restaurant. Sadly, the other items ordered were inedible, ranging from mushy water logged fish and a wilted Caesar salad missing croutons. I do not recommend placing take out at this location.

Outstanding job with our large party!!!! We hosted a birthday party with approx 28 guests 10/27. KUDOS AND MANY SPECIAL THANKS for the excellent customer service by our waiter COREY. He stayed on top of everything and everyone had a great time. The food was hot and delicious. The host and manager were also wonderful to work with. Great job to the full team!

STAFF WITH INTEGRITY! I enjoyed lunch with a friend on Friday and somehow left without my wallet. I didn’t miss it for over 36 hours! I returned and the staff had locked it in the safe! All items in place etc! Really restored my faith in humanity! I want to thank our server Jade and the great management at this location! I will definitely come back and recommend this location to EVERYONE!
