I ordered the crispy beef and when I got it, it looked like a regular beef and broccoli plate. Beef was not at all crispy, did not look anything like the picture on their ordering machine. Also, why did it have broccoli when it did not show that on the menu. I went to the employee and asked him if this was the correct order and he said yes. I feel like they lied because in what world would something thats like beef and broccoli considered crispy? I didnt even like the flavor of whatever they gave me, too sweet and the fried rice was awful. I did like there crispy dumplings which was actually crispy.

One of the worst food I’ve tried. Ordered through Uber eats some rolls and Takoyaki. The he octopus is chewy. The rice is undercooked. Hopefully it’s just a rough start and will get

The food quality was horrible. I ordered a Cajun seafood rice bowl, but what I got was just a bowl of plain white rice with boiled seafood and oversalty "Cajun" sauce that didn't taste Cajun at all! I knew this was a food court and didn't expect restaurant quality, but I have had better fast food.In addition, the service was horrible. I waited in line to pick up my order, but the staff kept letting multiple Uber Eats drivers cut me in line and served them first. This was of course rude on the drivers' part, but the staff's action was also unacceptable.I gave the atmosphere five stars because of the food court. It has nothing to do with Tekken Punch.I will never go back to this place again and I recommend others to buy their food from the other stalls in the food court.

The food is barely edible. I ordered the sesame chicken. The chicken and rice was super hot but tasted aged. After trying to eat it, I took it back to the counter and exchanged it for the tekken rice. The cashier and the manager were extremely nice while I criticized the food. The tekken rice was good. With the amount of meat and veggies in it, I can tell that the cook wanted to please.

FUN FACT: Tekken is the name of a Japanese video games series centered on hand to hand combat. Tekken, 鉄拳 translates to "Iron Fist." This eatery has a small variety of Chinese and Japanese food. I tried 2 Japanese dishes and 2 Chinese dishes. Yakisoba Shrimp, Mixed Katsudon with Curry, Fried Dumplings, and Orange Chicken. 1) The Yakisoba Shrimp had medium sized shrimp, noodles, broccoli, cabbage, and onions in a brown sauce. It was stir-fried in very little sauce. The sauce was lacking in flavor with no depth. It tasted like soy sauce, sugar, and Worcester sauce. The noodles were similar to ramen. The dish was cooked well, and the ingredients were fresh. If you know how to make sauce, you could buy this and fix it. :) 2) The Mix Katsudon with Curry had panko coated shrimp, chicken, and pork with pickled radish, carrots, and potatoes placed on a bed of rice. It was topped with curry gravy. All of the ingredients were cooked well and tasted fine except for the gravy. It wasn't savory at all. It was smooth and thick with mild flavors of soy sauce, ketchup, and Worcester sauce. It tasted like the Yakisoba sauce with ketchup added. It wasn't hot, which was surprising since this is a curry sauce. This sauce was edible but unappealing! It ruined the dish. 3) The fried dumplings had 9 pieces that were filled with pork and vegetables. The wrapper was thin and slightly crispy all the way around. Loved the thin wrapper, not the deep frying of the dumplings. You're supposed to steam them and then pan fry the bottom of the dumplings. The filling was light and moist with a mild seasoning. The overall flavor was decent but not special. The dumpling sauce tasted like cheap soy sauce mixed with salty miso soup. It was just awful. 4) The Orange chicken had sliced carrots and diced scallions with white rice. You can substitute fried rice, fried noodles, or steamed vegetables at an extra charge. The chicken was tender and moist with a good fresh taste. The coating was crunchy and had just the right thickness. The orange sauce was nicely balanced in sweetness and tartness. It had orange zest, which gave the sauce an extra kick of tanginess. It was well-rounded with sweet, sour, salty, and umami flavors. This dish was outstanding! It's funny that the best dish here is an Asian dish invented in America. :) The service was polite and helpful. It took 20 minutes for my order. Others have mentioned the long preparation time, so plan to wait. The eatery, dining room, and restrooms were clean. There's plenty of seating because they are in a food court. The ambiance is modern industrial. They are located in Restaurant Row Apollo shopping center which is near the Metro Green Line. The parking is free and plentiful. This place should get a 2 star rating, but since this is a first visit, I am giving some leeway in case there was a temporary problem.

I've been here a few times and haven't had anything that I didn't like. I've ordered the General Tso and teriyaki wing combos. The flavor is great and the size of the wings are perfect. The portion of fries are very plentiful. While the wait isn't great, it isn't horrible either. Customer service is good as well.

I absolutely LOVE Takoyaki, which is a popular Japanese street food. I have had this many times both in America and in Tokyo. Tasting this at this restaurant took me back to when I was in the mall for Tokyo Joypolis getting this treat from a small restaurant stall. This restaurant made it absolutely perfect. The taste of the mayo, bonito flakes, and octopus were in total sync. If I had the money, I would have ordered at least three more orders. It was that good! The service was fast! Customer service was excellent. If you enjoy Japanese street and comfort food and habachi style, come check this place out to make your taste buds happy!

Tekken Punch is one of the counters at The Spot, and you can see them when you enter the east entrance, as they're located straight ahead.Their menu offers various appetizers, teriyaki dishes, donburi ,yakisoba, oden, Chinese eats, and sides. We ordered the Teriyaki Combo, where you can choose 2 out of the 3 proteins (from chicken, beef, and/or shrimp); I opted for the beef and shrimp, with an upcharge of the noodles (you could also choose white rice or fried rice). The shrimp could have been more fresh, as it did have a slight 'fishy' taste and odor to them. They were also overcooked that resulted in some rubbery-ness.The noodles were fine, but we didn't feel it was worth the upcharge. The beef seemed like the typical soft textured meat you'd get at Chinese restaurants/carry-outs; there could have been more flavor to this. The combo was served with a side of broccoli/cauliflower, but they were a bit wet and could have been more drained.I was curious if Yum Yum sauce came with, and it did! However, the sauce was super thin and watery, and didn't really complement or help the dish at all; I did request for some sriracha, but they seem to not have had any available, never had some to begin with, and/or the staff just had difficulty in locating it. I was provided some packets of hot sauce, but that wouldn't have worked.Staff were friendly, but the wait for the order seemed to take forever - there didn't seem to be any efficient way of getting the finished orders - in-person orders were competing with mobile/online orders, and there were items that were already packaged and bagged, ready to go, but they were just being stacked on the counter in the back. Patrons had to constantly ask if their orders were ready.Plenty of parking in the plaza lot.+overcooked shrimp+not worth the noodles substitution with upcharge+watery Yum Yum sauce+no sriracha+friendly service+located in The Spot+plenty of parking available

Tekken Punch is a great spot for teriyaki within The Spot food hall! It's not a standalone location. So the seating and hours all follow The Spot (open court seating) .They offer other cuisine, such as Chinese and other Japanese favorites. The teriyaki portions are filling and can be vegetarian-friendly, so no complaints about that...in fact, props! You can order onsite (kiosk or register) or online via The Spot's app. Everything has always been ready timely and service was efficient. Check it out!

You get a ton of food for the price, at least for the mixed curry that I ordered. Tasted good - comfort food. One thing I'd point out is that there was much more curry to rice ratio. It's be nice if there was more curry. Also, if eating there completely okay, but because they toss the curry on top of the rice and katsu directly, won't be very good for takeout, unless you like soggy rice and cutlets.

The curry is delicious. I also tried the takoyaki and is really good at a good price.

Really like the katsudon. The curry is good, toppings pair well. Have eaten here 10+ times
