I absolutely love coming to Via Roma! There's a great crowd, the food is great, and the owners treat you like family. They use fresh ingredients and make the pasta and dough from scratch. It's authentic Italian cuisine. They really pride themselves on great service and quality food. This is my fave go to spot for some good food and good vibes.I highly recommend you give them a try.

I grew up in NY and this was one of the best calzones I have ever had. I can't wait to try their other items.

We just moved to the area and already know we'll be regulars here! The food was great and the service went above and beyond. One of the owners came over to chat with us several times, but not in an annoying way that most restaurant staff do. He was super nice and actually talked with us about what we thought of the food, the area, etc. Shoutout to Piatro and everyone at Via Roma!

Changed for a bottle of water and they did not have any. Asked to have e it removed and no one e was there that could remove it. Told to call later to ha e it removed. Very pricey for minimal service. Also must order through phone app. Customer service poor at best. Being charged for an item I did not receive and I only noticed because I got tap water and asked for my bottle of water.

The first thing to notice is the gorgeous interior! Then the fact that it is a restaurant and a bar and a cafe and that's awesome. Then, the digital food ordering method, which is super convincingAnd, last but not least, the food quality and the portion both amazingStaff are all super nice and kind and constantly checking on their customers.I'm definitely coming back again...

I was recommended this place by a co worker and thought I'd give it a try. You order at the front and they bring the food to your table. The calamari app was okay, a bit too greasy and the calamari was chewy, not tender, probably frozen. The pizza looked great, however, it didn't have much flavor. I had the white pizza with mushrooms and the only thing I tasted was the sausage, everything else was very bland. Might be a good pizza place in the area it's in but overall not that great. Still leaving 4 stars because I don't want to hurt a small business but it's more like a 3 star review.

Good food and very nice atmosphere. They have a small outdoor patio that is nice and the area is quiet.I've been here twice and have enjoyed everything I ordered. My favorite dish is the Salmone e Gamberetti. The only thing I didn't love about my last visit was the tableside ordering and paying by QR code, but I know I'm a dinosaur and many restaurants are going this route. My server was still very attentive and sure she would have taken my order if I had asked.Definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately, my pizza had too much olive oil on it so the cheese fell off. As for customer service, wasn’t terrible but I wasn’t asked if I needed anything the whole time of a drink refill and none of the staff was paying attention to me since I sat on my own. When I was getting ready to leave they kept trying to see if I payed like I was not going to so that was pretty sketchy..

This place is amazing! Went for dinner and the owner was so kind and helpful explaining how to order, etc. They had the champions league soccer game on which made my 11yr old son so happy he could finish watching the game! His team lost and he was crushed, however the owner came out with fresh baked cookies and offered them to help him get over his teams loss. They were delicious! The food itself is definitely one of a kind! You truly can’t ask for better. It’s authentic, fresh, homemade and fabulous. You can taste the love and pride in his food that is served and how he welcomes and treats those that walk through the door. There isn’t a place remotely like this in the south suburbs of Chicago where we’re from. Via Roma is a hidden gem that is truly a treat!

Wow! What an amazing find! Great variety of menu options. My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My wife particularly enjoyed her Margherita Pizza. The deep fried calzone was a hit with my son. The hospitality was genuine and warm. We enjoyed our meal on the comfortable patio. My only regret is that I don't live anywhere near here. But if you're fortunate enough to live here, or happen to be visiting, be sure to make time for a visit. You might find you have a new favorite Italian cuisine restaurant.
