I just left this location and they told me they were closed. I suggest updating the times on google or hiring people who actually want to work considering that it is almost 7am!

The place is literally ran by teenagers and they don’t do their job. This is my 2nd time being here and they stuff is literally the slowest and worse. I wait 10 mins the first time the cashier had no idea how to work the register, the second kid that came up completely forgot he took my order I ended spending 45 mins for the slowest “fast food” EVER! And I woulda left if I didn’t pay at the time and no the food wasn’t even fresh like they were waiting on the food to finish. They just didn’t value the job. This last time today I did a mobile order 5 mins before getting to Wendy’s. This time around I spend 30 mins because apparently “mel” as they refer to the kid didn’t drop the chicken. I promise I won’t be back until yall have a new staff that wants to make fast food!!!!
The Allentown Rd location, did not have much of the product.

Amazing Service when Dekaio runs the drive through. He greets and is very professional at the drive thru. Very strong customer service and very polite every single time I come through to this particular establishment. I'm at work on break pull into Wendy's walked inside and it's a female and male right by the fry station talking to each other and look my way and keep talking to each other do not see if I need help or not so I sat right there at the cash register for 5 minutes no one still came so I left out disrespectful the man tattoos on his face light skin and the girl she was kind of big but don't worry we'll not go to that Wendy's ever again

Ordered the meal deal on the app. Fries and nuggets were lukewarm and the burger was flat out terrible. Not only the modifications were wrong, but I was given a burnt dried out slider patty on a regular bun. I normally do not eat Wendy's burgers, mainly the chicken products so I was very disappointed for deciding to try something different. I didn't even bother to eat it and threw it in the garbage where it belongs. I remember when Wendy's had the campaign many years ago "Where's the Beef?" I guess they need to ask themselves that question today.
The cashier was nice though.....
FOLLOW UP: Decided to give Wendy's a 2nd chance. I figured since I am placing my lunch order before 11am, I should receive fresh food...NOT! Everything was cold - the dried out burger, fries, and nuggets. The burger was served on stale bread, so once again, I couldn't even eat it. I am on a timed lunch break so I did not have time to park and have my food redone, so I had to nuke the nuggets and fries. What a waste of money and fuel for below subpar food.
