Now I don't understand how hard it is to make a good hamburger or cook some fridge fries. But it seems this place can't get it right food cold and overcooked. The new strawberry swirl frosty was the bast part of this meal.

This store right here let me tell you if the staff don't have a attitude. They don't accept cash 98% of the time. So for those walking and only have cash it's a big inconvenience. My son is autistic and has a eat disorder where he only like fries and fruit and Wendy's is his absolute favorite fry, and with me not driving and this location being in walking distance is amazing until I have to walk the 15 min there in this heat and be turned away Is very disheartening. Wendys we love yall and even more that you my 4 year old sons favorite we have to do better.

We arrived with low expectations due to the reviews and we were still let down. Dim lighting outside at night, asked for REGULAR nuggets combo, sweet & sour sauce, ketchup and a chocolate frosty. No frosty available. We received cold and hard SPICY nuggets and fries with bbq sauce which we didn’t order. No ketchup or sweet & sour in the bag. 75% incorrect order is unexceptionable.

The service was excellent, but the food was just mid. My nuggets were ice cold, but everything else was hot. The soda fountain in the lobby needs to be serviced (not dispensing enough syrup so the drinks taste awful); the cashier was kind enough to get me a soda from the drive-thru fountain. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Just wish my nuggets had been warm.

The manager tried to overcharge ($5.89) me for two sausage biscuits (suppose to be 2 for $3). I asked for the sausage to be wrapped together and biscuits together. It wouldn't have cost anymore more and would've taken less time. She said since the sausage aren't in the biscuits they are separate order. Never eating here again. It's the principal of the matter for me.

Fish sandwich was shriveled and dry. Not as big and delicious as when they first introduced fish sandwiches to their menu.

Yall might as well shut this location down. Their service sucks, food usually is bad too. It's pointless to be a rewards member and you can't use your app through the drive through line.
