It's a great place, just a little pricey. We had 2 pizzas and 2 cocktails and our bill was $62. Food was good and the music (live performer) was exceptionally good and not too loud. We had no trouble carrying on a conversation.

We ordered a carrot cake for my dads birthday. It was DELICIOUS! Very moist. Hands down one of the best carrot cakes we have ordered.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Atwater's in Catonsville! We were there for the pizza pop up which is delicious, but they have dinner Wednesday through Saturday evening, always fresh ingredients great drinks, and the staff and bartenders are amazing!

The food was excellent. The timing was very slow on first course. And the first course was like the main entree, very filling. It appeared the courses were more driven by the sequence of wines selected than a progression of plates, I.e., appetizer, salad/soup, entree. I loved most of the wines, bought three. I love Atwater's and I would try this again, but hopefully with these kinks worked out.

We had a blast at the wine dinner hosted by Atwater's! Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was so cozy. My only critique is that I wish the vegetarian offerings were more robust. The first dish was a small plate of roasted vegetables with no substitute for the halibut offered to the non-vegetarian guests. Otherwise, fantastic service and offerings, and we'll definitely be back!

Superior service, a marvelous baker, yummy brunch, outrageous scones, nice upstairs dining room, well trained and amazing baristas. Chef and team are great! Bonus feature, bar with interesting cocktails, tap beer. Happy hours are fun! Try pizza night! Our absolute fave cafe and bakery. I could go on and on with my comments. For us, brunch every Sunday, and I stop in twice/week for take away scone and latte. Thank you Atwaters!!! Richard

The food here is really good, especially the matcha latte and avocado toast. I do wish there was an option to substitute the bacon for turkey bacon. That said, the service could definitely be better. Every time I’ve come, I’ve had to wait quite a while just to be acknowledged by a host. On one visit, a server spilled my drink on me and didn’t even apologize. I had also asked her for hot sauce at the beginning of the meal and never got it. Finally, breakfast ends at 11am so plan accordingly!
I enjoy Atwater's, I reallllyyyy do. I've ordered from them several times and have never had an issue with the food quality or portion sizes. My only suggestion would be to consider setting up a dedicated area or even a shelf for online order pickups. I recently had to wait in a very long line just to pick up an order, which defeats the purpose if you're in a hurry. Just a thought for improving the overall experience!

Y'all... the energy of the staff here alone is enough. I needed a place to kill a few hours before I flew back to Phoenix and they welcomed my buddy and I without an issue. But even more, when I needed a private space to do my prayers, the cafe staff immediately offered up their event space and when that was booked, Steven and Ronnie at the upstairs bar cleared out space in the managers office to accommodate for me. And this wasn't an isolated few people, I spoke with eight different staff and each one was incredibly kind, approachable, and accommodating. Then on top of that, they had a delicious moroccan mint tea that reminded me of my time in the country! Management should be proud!!!

Really nice looking place that has promise. Anytime interacting with the management or shift lead. Always treated very professional and extremely nice and helpful. However, the time is going in where the staff is younger and not as well-versed in customer service can be frustrating and add to wait times. One question I’m unable to get answered and has been different each time I go. When drinks are ordered for pick up online, apparently there is some difference in opinion of when the drinks Are being made. If the Normal practice it’s not to make the drinks until the person is present picking up. Then that should be known. Twice, I have stopped by in the last month ( after ordering online and setting a pick up time specifically ) and had to cancel my order because it was too long a long wait after my order time. Neither time was a manager present and the cashier Amber barista were not able to give me clarification.
