A bit scammy. I ordered a used textbook to rent from the bookstore website for $39.75. The following morning, I was notified that my order was ready for pickup, but at a price of $67.19. I understand that the bookstore did not have any used books to fulfill my order, but I find it predatory that I never explicitly agreed to the higher price. Will not rent from here again. CCBC staff was very respectful and helpful. I just think the business practice (and likely Barns & Noble College's business practice) is gross.

Good service…nice selection of products!
Found what I wanted. But male cashiers had a face shield that hid his face. Reminded me of one of power rangers. I understand that people fair covid but I should be able to see who you. It's part of human interaction with one another.
