This Dunkin/Baskin Robbins has been here off of Frederick Road forever. They do have the exterior looking refreshed, though there is no drive thru. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always seem to be well stocked, even in the evening. That's important because many BR's sell out of flavors later in the day. And they stay open late, so no arriving at 7:45 to find they've locked up and gone home. We stop by when we are in the area, either for evening coffee and ice cream.

Horrible horrible customer service. Lady was so rude. Yelled at my husband and I for adding toppings. I will never go this establishment again. And I encourage others to not patronize a business with such lousy customer service.

Must be new management. Have been patron to this location over 20 years. Recent changes have caused service, product to suffer. Ordered medium original cappuccino blast approx $7.00. After leaving store realized Server, did not know the recipe. Accepted prep, walked out to car. When tasted, cappuccino coffee not present. I did see prep; ice cream; milk; ice but no coffee. Went back in, asked if coffee was in mix, preparer asked if I could taste coffee? Even with jomoca flavored ice cream, consistency was watery, not typical smoothie texture. Offered me regular $1.50 coffee; would not taste, test or look at blast; nor to prep another. Didn't offer to return money or products equal $7.00 cost of blast. Even coffee was weak and flavorless.

After a long day of hard work and studying all I wanted was ice cream. Guess what? It was 10:48 and the doors were locked, I could have cried right there but no guess I will have to give my money to a competitor. A life long B&R fan was disappointed tonight. Do better.

Showed up at 10:50 pm on a Thursday. Store says open until 11:00 PM. Knocked on door and lady just shook her head and ignored me LOL.
if i could give 0 stars i would. we went at 10:40 on a thursday night and the doors were locked. we tried to call and it went straight to voicemail. when we knocked on the door the woman looked at us and shrugged. she also had a minor in the back and they both looked at us like we were crazy when the hours online AND on the door said open until 11pm. my sister is pregnant and was craving a milkshake and this was the only place that was “open” at this time. i had to console a 34 week pregnant woman for an hour about them being closed and our treatment by the employee and the 11 year old in the back. absolutely disgusting and i will never be returning.

Employee of the store was rude, I went at 10:40pm on Thursday as store hours online are till 11:00pm. The employee said store closes at 10:45pm. The door has store hours till 11:00pm.

Always a great selection of tasty treats. In our neighborhood they are often the only ice cream shop that has business hours that makes them available for an evening treat.
