I recently visited Biryani and Bakers and I was thoroughly impressed by both the variety and quality of the food. The staff is very warm and welcoming. This restaurant offers an extensive menu that caters to all tastes. However, what truly stole the show was their chicken biryani – it was absolutely delicious! Guthivankaya biryani is also amazing! The portions were generous, and the accompanying raita complemented the dish perfectly.
I must say this is the best biryani I ever had in Maryland!!

We visit Biryani and Bakers every week, it offers an impressive menu with a wide variety of biriyanis and the standout is their apricot delight, perfectly made and it’s a must-try. The appetizers are also fantastic. With great service and a welcoming atmosphere, this is a top spot for Indian cuisine in Ellicott city!! Whether you're a long-time lover of Indian cuisine or new to the flavors, this is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic, mouthwatering Indian food. Highly recommended!

Portions are really small given the prices and what other places charge for similar dishes. This is our second time ordering from here but the naans we got were burnt way more than they should’ve been. Not really worth it imo :/

Absolutely the best biryani in Baltimore! After trying it five times in two weeks, I can confidently say their Hyderabadi biryani is top-notch. The flavors are incredibly authentic, with perfectly tender, juicy meat that melts in your mouth every time. Their consistency is remarkable—each visit delivers the same delicious experience. Beyond the biryani, their Appetisers are equally impressive and worth a try. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving real Hyderabadi flavor!

We had a great first visit here. Ordered goat biryani, paneer butter masala, chicken 65, and naan. Everything was delicious, seasoned well, and tantalizingly spicy. Service was kind and patient to us newbies. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired only because of its location facing all the refrigerated cold cases at Lotte Market, but space heaters were set up to counter the chill. Will definitely go again.

Hidden gem inside lotte Plaza. We tried the veg (ordered egg but received veg) and chicken puffs, Punjabi samosa, chicken tikka roll, schezwan egg noodles, dhaba style chicken, chicken biryani and apricot delight. Everything was delicious and flavorful! Portion sizes were decent for the price point. Will be back to explore more of the menu and their cake options.

Food is okay and over priced. The quantity is very less but prices are like restaurant price and the space smells like Lysol spray
I recently dined at Biryani and Baker a halal restaurant that keeps things simple yet incredibly satisfying. The setting is modest, with straightforward décor and a relaxed, no-frills vibe. However, it’s the food that truly shines.
The menu is packed with flavorful options, and every dish I tried was bursting with taste. I started with a plate of falafel, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served with a side of tangy tahini. For my main course, I had the lamb kebab, which was perfectly seasoned and tender. The spices were spot-on, adding depth without overpowering the natural flavors of the meat. The garlic naan on the side was fresh and warm, a perfect companion to the meal.
The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the pleasant dining experience. If you're in the mood for big flavors in a laid-back atmosphere, [Restaurant Name] is the place to go. It’s a true gem for those seeking simple yet delicious halal cuisine.

**Disappointing and Unsafe food Experience finding a foreign object**
I recently ordered delivery of chicken dum biryani at this place and was deeply disappointed with my experience. While the food initially seemed appetizing, I was shocked to find a stapler pin in my meal. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious safety hazard. Discovering a foreign object like this in my food raises significant concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene and quality , leaving me feeling even more dissatisfied.
I hope the restaurant takes this issue seriously and improves its food preparation process, as this kind of oversight is dangerous and completely avoidable. I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I urge others to exercise caution when dining and takeout.
