Pulled in and the place looked like it was deserted there was no car in sight. Then placed us all the way in the corner of the restaurant. Wish i had a picture of how died this place workers sitting on There phones food was ok not something i will go back for

We've always gone to the one thats in Columbia / Elkridge but it isn't as good as it use to be & last year ( 2024 ) & the previous year ( 2023 ) they managed to screw up the Thanksgiving feast that we ordered & the guy behind the counter which turned out to be the manager didn't have a clue what he was doing. That was very obvious. I tried this location because it was the next closest. I ordered it about a week in advance, showed up about 40 minutes early because I made a pit stop that was quicker than I expected & unfortunately my order wasn't ready. I offered to pay while I waited thinking that it wouldn't be long & would help to kill time but then I had to wait an extra twenty minutes. There were a lot of people eating in & a lot of people picking up ... including those Uber people picking up orders to deliver & I can't help but wonder if maybe my order was given to one of them by mistake or because theirs wasn't ready. It was a wee bit of a pain because I had placed my order days in advance, was only getting four individual meals & still had to wait twenty minutes past the order time I was given. It was still a much better location & unless something happens, that will be my new permanent Bob Evens location!

There was a waitress wearing glasses was so rude when I asked her about what the combo included refused to explain overcharged me for item I thought was included in combo.

I want to let you know how frustrated and disappointed we are with the Thanksgiving meal we ordered for 8 people. We ordered the same meal last year and it was great, so we trusted you again. This year was a complete waste of money.
Most of the food was basically inedible.
The mashed potatoes were way too salty.
The gravy was too salty.
The ham was too salty.
The buns were disgusting.
The turkey was just “okay,” definitely not worth the price.
The pies were so sweet they were almost impossible to eat. The ONLY things that tasted good were the mac and cheese and the pumpkin bread.
On top of that, your instructions claimed everything would be heated and ready in about 2 hours. That was completely false. Our entire order arrived frozen solid, rock-hard. It did NOT take 2 hours — it took much longer — and your instructions were useless. If we wanted frozen food, we could have gone to a grocery store and paid a fraction of the price.
We ordered early because we’re traveling and wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving ahead of time. Instead of a nice meal, we got a huge disappointment. I honestly don’t understand why we paid so much for food that was clearly frozen instead of freshly prepared.
You lost us as customers, and I’m sure others will feel the same after an experience like this. Bob Evans can do better than this, but this year’s meal was unacceptable.

Came to Bob Evans 10-13-25. It wasn't that busy, but I believe they were short on kitchen help. I waited 45 minutes for hashbrown and bacon. I approached the manager Danielle, she had blond hair. Her attitude was absolutely terrible and never apologized for the wait. My server was decent and tipped her extra because the delay was not her fault. The manager of this establishment need more training on how to deal or interact with customers.
First time ever we walked out nobody even asked us if we wanted coffee over 10 minutes we waited never again used to be a great place

I’m sorry but there putting something in the food no reason it should be this good . I order from door dash often usually the country fried steak taste like somwbodys grandma made so good lol the banana bread I was just trying because it came with dinner it was so good and the strawberry cheesecake yum. My daughter loves the pot roast just yummy if you looking for good country cooking this is the place to be !keep up the great work !!
