We went to eat and the woman who placed the bread was coughing on the bread, and the clothes she was wearing were full of animal hair, it made me sick.

There is a lady who treats you badly as a human being, we all deserve respect, if you don't feel good, hire personnel with a vocation for service. A moment ago, I called to ask for information. She spoke to me so badly, she hung up on me. You as merchants, rate your staff, call and You will see what the service they offer is like 🤨

The poor service they gave me and the stupidest response the dispatcher gave me when I told her to charge me because they gave me the bread and went to the kitchen a minute later when she came out I told her that I didn't have that much time to wait for them. to charge me and she told me that they had a lot of work in the kitchen and that they can't wait for the customer to choose the bread... I think they should have more efficient staff in that place

I initially came to this establishment and I received "Excellent Service." However, when I returned, the servers were Cold, Impatient, and Act as though they Did NOT want to Serve me. I was Very Disappointed! ☹️. I would NOT Recommend this Bakery to Anyone!!

Parking: Plenty of parking, and from the aloof attitude, I can understand Why.

I’m the regular guy since long time.everything was fine,just I bought 10 days ago for my daughter birthday cake same thing that was reasonable price but the price was cool but today I came from far to buy for my son birthday cake,and asked price she said 45$ 🤣 same size within 10 days….and I tried to remind ,but no no $45$ then I return from the shop.I decided that I will not get any kind of cake for birthday… thank you you saved my money.

kinda wish they were more clear on how the inside of the cake was & they need to learn it’s not 3 leches cake just cause simple syrup is thrown in them to make it moist .

I wasnt looking for a bakery, but when a Pandaría presents itself, one must take a look ?. I can concur, the young lady behind the counter does not speak English very well, fair enough. My Spanish is terrible. We muddled through it together. It is a crowded store, but I have the feeling their primary purpose is catering events vs. a standard bakery.

I got a horchata and a slice of chocolate tres leches. The horchata was absolutely perfect; not too sweet or heavily spiced (cinnamon and nutmeg, I think). So refreshing. I'll update on the tres leches as I've had birthday cake for a couple of days and I need my blood sugar to recover.
