I wanted to leave a review because I’m surprised this place has such a low Google rating. The cheesesteaks and fries are fantastic, I’ve ordered pick up from here about ten times and it’s always been fresh and my order is accurate. The bread is good and chewy; I’m really picky about sub rolls and these are some of my favorite out of the local chain options. As far as cheesesteaks go they are way less greasy and sloppy than most and they don’t get soggy and fall apart.
I love the subs here. The service is always good albeit sometimes a little slow as they share staff with the food place next to them but I don't mind the wait. I like the seating and the lighting is cozy.

Please go in and order your food instead of going thru uber eats that way you can check your food before being stuck with it because I don't know what the hell they gave me. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak and they just slapped that mess together. It was undercooked and the absolute worst . I will never order from this location ever again. The security mall location is the best but I was out the delivery zone. 15 dollars gone down the drain

This place is a hidden gem in Catonsville. It's in a food court (like in a mall). There are kiosks where you can place your order. Or, you can go to the counter. I opt'd to go to the counter. Everything about this place was nice...there is music playing (loudly). But it was good music. My food was hot, fresh and fast. The service was sorta...eh. But I knew what I wanted and there wasn't a ton of need for discussion There is ample seating inside and ample parking in the shared parking lot.

Ordered Kentucky cheesesteak and Philly cheesesteak from the Hub using the app. Ordering was easy and trouble free and the food was ready for pickup on time.However, the meat was on the dry side on both and the bourbon glaze too light. The only option chosen was banana peppers on the bourbon cheesesteak which they didn't add. Also the pickle was missing from both sandwiches.The experience at Arundel Mills and Foundry Row was five stars! So I'll skip the Hub unless an appropriate coupon becomes available.

Steak and cheese was amazing! Fresh fries and strawberry lemonade was delicious, I didn’t know there was a charleys in that food hall but when I found it I had to try it!!
