I got here on the drive thru to get an order on name of khan i waited about 20 mins on drive thru then i was handed cold food i went in took the fries they gave me hot fries and sandwich was cold the manager took care of everything the food was good but it ruined my dinner time.
Nobody wants to visit a place in this cold and have to get out of the car over and over to get their order fixed this absolutely rude second only the manager said sorry and apologized none of the staff is caring about anything very sad experience i had at chickfila sorry but true

I frequently go to this Chick-fil-A because it’s near my home, however, it’s the worst Chick-fil-A ever they charge you if you want extra sauce for your chicken strips $.25 they charge you if you want an extra salad dressing and more business then a lot of Chick-fil-A’s and his workers are pennypinching managers and owner. I hate going there and this will probably be our last time because I don’t think that is fair and nice to charge for, sometimes I may not even get a sauce so now I know I’m gonna put a review on him for everything especially one time when I order the salad and opened it up and it was two flies two baby flies in it. I took the salad back so they could see and all they did was give me an exchange and an apology when I really should’ve received a free salad, I can’t stand penny

Make sure to check your bag for everything every time you are receiving food. I made the mistake of not checking multiple times coming here and can’t trust everything will be in the anymore.
