Oh how I love me some Chick-fil-a😁. This place is quick and my food is always accurate.

While I have only visited this location twice, I must acknowledge, that each visit did not feel welcoming. In fact, upon each visit, when engaged by staff about which order I was there to retrieve, the Representative asking often had my Order in hand and either intentionally or unintentionally ignored handing off my order when it was originally in hand. This encounter has left me with a bad taste, reminding me that not is as it appears. While this may not be the experience encountered by all, I’m sure this has happened to others. Hopefully, the team there will recognize the flaw and slowly and surely improve performance.

The food is generally on par with all other Chick-fil-a restaurants. Parking is a bit difficult at this location. I also find the service here not to be as good as some other locations. I have had them lose my mobile order on more than one occasion, and I no longer use curbside because the wait is so long. It’s still a decent Chick-fil-a, but I do find myself picking other Chick-fil-a locations over this one. I only go here because of the convenient location. The inside is usually crowded and noisy. Most of the staff are super nice though.

Today was the fourth time in a row that my order was not complete or messed up. When I went to go get my correct order the person took the incorrect item to the folks working drive thru laughing about it but did not offer any apology. Will most likely not return since this is the only location close to where I live.

My feedback is I notice the drive thru is not managed like the other locations they never tell you what car to drive behind, I never hear them communicate store to the other order takers outside and they kind of just hop all over and I’m newer to the neighborhood past year and my husband is obsessed with chick fil a so we are here at least twice a month and it’s been noticeable. That’s one of the things that sets chick fil a apartment from the rest of drive thrus. So the cars are always all over the place. And almost never in order of those placing. Never issues with the food itself and everyone is kind.
