Then i asked for a cup and I was charged for a mistake they made… I don’t like arguing or fighting so I just bought it. I would highly avoid this Dunkin’ at all cost. I attempted to enter the lobby before 6:30 pm on the 28th of December, but both entrances were locked. Then I ordered ahead and picked up at the window. The donut was SO small, but the coffee was hot and as expected.
My go-to Dunkin location. The tall gentleman is always attentive and making sure I get my order quickly, regardless if I just ordered in person or on the app. The ladies at drive-thru are also kind and quick!

My iced coffee was great. The donut was hard it was so stale. I wish I time to take it back or pick up something else, it was barely edible. I won't be back.

The staff and service are exceptional. My breakfast sandwich was excellent. Unfortunately like many Dunkin donuts the donuts were old. You have to find out what time they make the donuts to get a fresh tasting donut. The chain needs to invest in better storage.
