I had a great experience with the young man who served a blueberry donut at 3:41 pm. I had no idea these donuts were so amazing. He gave great service and was so very kind. I wish I grabbed his name because we need more nice people like him in the world.

Went there Sunday to get a coffee, a Charlie with cold foam, which I have ordered from this location and other locations, for over a year and was told “ this isn’t Starbucks” funny thing is, Charlie is a dunkin drink not a Starbucks drink. Very rude staff that day!

Bad food. High level of salt in hash browns, the most terrible avacado toast in universe. And an absolutely terrible coffee.
And then comes this: Bad customer interaction. Rude and some noisy staffs shouting in Hindi each other to take a small order.
Just relax. Make it professional ladies!

This location refuses to give bags for 2+ items which is inconvenient and messy for customers
This location is a hit or miss. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel toasted. Was not toasted. The top part of the bagel was so thick that when I bit into it, felt like I was eating nothing but an untoasted bagel. I also ordered a small ice tea with 3 stevia. No stevia in it.

I once applied to work here and I was told that my kind could not work here but only Indians and whites can also when I get food from here the bacon is never fully cooked and they never treat you right they over charge me all the time they do half jobs and never a full job they are never considered of others the workers are very disrespectful and they come to work with an attitude
