Nothing is consistent I get 1 cream in my ice coffee sometimes it’s dark sometimes it’s light it should be medium dark it’s only 1 cream. Today agitated me I ordered my coffee and donut at 8:17 the app allowed me to walk in and pick up got to the door it’s locked and the young man come through the drive thru if I wanted to I would have choose that. Food is a hit or miss but the consistency should be the same all around and that includes the food and drinks and also service

they used to be better, every once in a while you're not paying for what you're getting. today i ordered two of my regular coffees and they taste like watered down sugar. I definitely expect better paying $8.00 on coffees.

Absolute terrible. Came this morning to order a croissant with egg , cheese and bacon. They served me raw bacon and thank God I checked. Please slow down and serve cooked food. Can’t imagine how many times this has happened in the morning with no one speaking up about it. Spoke with someone else and they also don’t come to this location because of the constant mistakes. Please do better.

I order extra bacon on my sandwich via doordash and they skim the extra bacon every single time. Door dash won't give me a refund, the store won't honor a refund, these people are ripping you off and serving undercooked improperly made food. My coffee is wrong 100% of the time. Terrible customer service, avoid like the plague.
