I order extra bacon on my sandwich via doordash and they skim the extra bacon every single time. Door dash won't give me a refund, the store won't honor a refund, these people are ripping you off and serving undercooked improperly made food. My coffee is wrong 100% of the time. Terrible customer service, avoid like the plague.

I honestly have never had any problems here. Everyone is super nice and I come in regularly so I know everyone who works there. Whenever my order is messed up they always quickly fix it up and offer me to keep the wrong order and make me my correct order.

Had to deal with a condecending guy at the counter. He acted as if he he heard me though i repeated my self and the order was not correct. My order was corrected finally but was not happy to pay more for his ignorance!

Came to this Dunkin’ at 11:30 am on a Thursday. Ordered a medium French vanilla coffee. Waiting for my order and nobody is making it so I just stand there observing and not getting acknowledged or no service but every one is on their phone. It’s not until I say hey is anyone going to make my order. That’s when they make it. Bad service but my drink was good.
