This place is always busy, especially in the mornings and the team is always delightful. Today, they respectfully let me know they were out of an item, and even replaced it with another order entirely even after I offered to pay the up charge. Great service, the food is always perfect, and a very responsive and friendly team. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

They do not have everything bagels, and the workers won't tell you. you'll be stuck with a sesame bagel instead the hash browns taste funky, and the refresher is straight syrup. I've had food in prison that tastes better.

They expect you to ask for pre-ordered bakery items. Other Dunkins have the bakery items sitting there with your order ready to go. It's kinda the point of pre-order. One employee actually had the nerve to explain to me that I need to ask or I'd be waiting there all day. Funny thing is I had just asked someone else but she didn't understand me and just walked away.

This is my favorite dunkin in the area. im a regular at this dunkin and always make mobile drive through orders. They always perfect my order and use the right modifications, from a sandwich to a coffee. The staff is always so kind and my food is always ready on time. Any time i go to another dunkin in the catonsville area, they don't follow the modifications, which sucks because im lactose intolerant, or they burn the food. This place always handles my order with care and i've never been disappointed in an order since they opened. Thank you so much for always starting my mornings out right :)

the food was good overall but it gave me a very upset stomach. There were flies everywhere even on the donuts. People were trying to tell the staff that there were flies on the donuts, but they were pretending like they didn’t understand what they were saying. And they were foreign, so they didn’t really understand what I was saying, and I couldn’t understand them.

The absolute worst dunkin experience of my life. An EXTREMELY rude employee randomly charged me 2 dollars more for a drink I literally order every single day of my life and when I politely asked why, she gave a completely nonsensical response and then charged ANOTHER dollar for "a cup of ice" since I dared to ask for the drink that i get every single day to have ice (which it always does) avoid this like the plague. The two dunkins on Frederick are at least nice. Awful experience do NOT go here.
