Anytime I get a coffee drink there is always something wrong with it but my main complaint is mostly on the staff. They are always so rude for no reason. There was an incident where I wanted to order the meal deal and tried changing the bread part of the sandwich so I asked if it was possible. The employee just yelled no at me and btw I did have the option (from checking the app after), she was just too lazy to add it into my order.

Staff at this location is untrained and very rude. They dont want to work and when they do, you cant argue with them that they got your order wrong or they will argue back. There are usually 4 people chatting in the kitchen while 1 person takes orders and makes the coffee. They hate their work and it shows clearly but there is no manager that actually cares, so we get screwed over for it. Extremely disappointing

I am really dissatisfied with the service here. I ordered a hot latte, but the staff left it near the espresso machine for a long time. When I asked for it, she handed it to me, but it wasn't hot enough. I requested steaming again, but instead, she threw away the lid, changed the cup, and didn't follow my instructions. She was very rude, and the latte was not made as I asked. She's working near the latte around 11:45 am today!

Legit tried ordering an iced triple espresso over ice with one cream, and the I suppose manager yelled at the cashier saying it was a latte. Not sure how a triple espresso with a splash of cream constitutes a latte. Cashier was great though.

The employees are EXTREMELY disrespectful to customers and their fellow coworkers. Multiple times I have seen employees OPENLY degrade and belittle their own coworkers for making small mistakes. They curse and yell at customers for simply not grabbing their donuts in time. Terrible staff.

There’s one employee in particular that is rude for no reason. My drink was made incorrectly. Even though she did remake it she tried to argue that it was different because it was missing a chocolate swirl. I ordered a frozen chocolate. The drink itself is supposed to b a darker brown. You’re not gonna sit there and tell me this tan drink with caramel is supposed to have chocolate in it. I know umbc students know who I’m talking about too. So much attitude for what. I try to b understanding because I’ve worked at Starbucks which is a similar environment but every interaction is like this which is actually so frustrating. Everyone else is super chill though other than that good service.

I personally haven't met a rude employee thankfully. Can't blame these workers as they get paid pennies and probably get overworked. Make sure you go at non-peak hours otherwise the squeeze ain't worth it.
This place does not accept Gift Cards… This place does not accept QR for loyalty points … Very upset about the response from the cashier ..
I have never seen such rude customer service at a Dunkin’ Donuts ever and I have a been a previous employee at Dunkin’ Donuts therefore I know that it’s not hard to be nice or at the very minimum respectful to customers all of the staff except for the ladies in the bakery are one of the rudest people I have met I have gone there multiple times throughout the school year and every single time I have been treated disrespectfully and rudely by the staff
Poorly acting staff especially compared to the Starbucks on campus: lack of etiquette with customers. Employees digging into their hair and touching money with the same gloves they touch the donuts. Watery hot chocolate on multiple occasions. Everything else is standard issue
I asked for no ice 3x to the cashier and the person making me drink put in ice. The message between the cashier and drink maker did not go through so the drink maker had to remake my drink. She seemed irritated and coughed in my drink. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unsanitary.
