I went to this Dunkin’ to order two medium refreshers and politely corrected my order after realizing the difference between the regular and “Sabrina” versions. She rolled her eyes, sighed loudly, tsk’d at us and made nasty comments out loud that she has to deal with customers “who don’t even know what they want.” Her tone and attitude were shockingly rude, disrespectful, and demeaning.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty; just two employees working. The other worker (Deirria) was kind and tried to help, but the rude employee refused to serve us, told us to go somewhere else, and even told her coworker not to help us.
This employee should not be working in customer service — her behavior was completely unacceptable and disgusting. Management needs to take this seriously and do something about it.
I do not recommend this location!

Pathetic experience. Had me waiting half hour outside as I was waiting on curbside order. Had to go myself inside and the black dude and lady did not even knew order was ready or not. He was making jokes like idk. Would never go again. Wasted money

I miss the former management and a fully staffed store in the mornings where you didn’t have to wait 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Two people working the morning shift at that location is going to put them out of business very quickly. Stupid management decisions.

Dunkin’ donuts aren’t food—they’re factory-born sugar sponges soaked in palm oil and lies. You’re not eating a donut, you’re chewing on a soft, oily Frisbee built from bleached flour, monoglycerides, and corporate apathy.
These things are so pumped full of propylene glycol, cellulose gum, and preservatives they could probably survive a nuclear winter longer than you. There’s more carnauba wax in a glazed donut than in a bottle of Turtle Wax. That shine? It’s not fresh—it’s polished.

It's a Dunkin Donuts. Standard fare. Nothing fancy. What makes this place wonderful is the staff. I have been here at different times of the day, with a hyperactive child doing an interpretive dance, with no caffeine in my system, absurdly early, absurdly late, in a rush exhausted, hyped to the gills. You get the picture. Unfailingly, staff is kind, polite, and helpful. I drink way too much caffeine, so at this point, some of the staff recognize me. They always ask after my kid (AKA Isadora Duncan of the donut shop). They work hard. They are tolerant, even to rude people (and I have seen a few people get really nasty). When you go in, make sure to tip them.

Tried to charge me $3.60 for a medium coffee when the price posted was $2.45. Then told me the sign is old and made a partial refund. Coffee only fair, and this place seems to operate in disarray.
