Walked in about 20 minutes ago. No customers, 3 employees that i could see. I stood at the register for several minutes. Nobody even acknowledged me. I walked out and went to the one just up Frederick Rd. Was immediately greeted and taken care of.

Fast, friendly, and fresh! Two thumbs up!! as a Dunkin junkie. I rarely get an excellent experience and this one was note worthy. Thank you for the crispy bacon, fresh hashbrowns, and consideration and asking if I wanted everything in one bag.

Went to this location. Ordered a decaf iced coffee. For one I was standing there while she was changing some container in order to do it. The coffee tasted like water. I proceeded to go back and let the cashier know that it tasted like water and that other people had been giving me regular coffee. She said idk it might be I didn’t do the coffee today. Then she proceeds to make it again she then says let me help you, opens my straw touches it with her bare hands and hands it to me. Black woman with twists in her hair. That was my first & last day there.

Every two weeks I treat myself on payday to the meal deal, and every two weeks they mess my sandwich up. Y'all need to start reading the tickets.

I DO REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I GO! I Went there 10 minutes ago attitude nasty from cashier did not greet customers. Order was incorrect the workers talking in Their native tongue and laughing. UNPROFESSIONAL

If you like weak brown water instead of coffee, this is the Dunkin for you. I went to get coffee one day last week and it was literally brown water with flavor in it. I thought maybe they were having an off day. I went again last week and got another brown water but, this time I got it black so I could add my own cream at home. It was awful.

After I paid for my purchase, I walked to the pick up counter. The lady employee was sitting doing something on her phone/tablet. Took a while for her acknowledge that I was standing there. Then, when she does she asked was I waiting on something. Why else would I be standing there I’m there? So, I had to tell her what I was waiting on. My large coffee and sausage egg and cheese croissant. So, she gets up to make it. I get halfway to work and open the sandwich pouch and there’s no bottom piece of the croissant bread. SMH! This is my first time having this kind of experience at this location. I didn’t have time to take the sandwich back since I had to be to work.
