The guy cashier was very nice and another older lady was nice too but a different lady putting out the orders was unpleasant. My order was correct but took quite a while.

If you like weak brown water instead of coffee, this is the Dunkin for you. I went to get coffee one day last week and it was literally brown water with flavor in it. I thought maybe they were having an off day. I went again last week and got another brown water but, this time I got it black so I could add my own cream at home. It was awful.

After I paid for my purchase, I walked to the pick up counter. The lady employee was sitting doing something on her phone/tablet. Took a while for her acknowledge that I was standing there. Then, when she does she asked was I waiting on something. Why else would I be standing there I’m there? So, I had to tell her what I was waiting on. My large coffee and sausage egg and cheese croissant. So, she gets up to make it. I get halfway to work and open the sandwich pouch and there’s no bottom piece of the croissant bread. SMH! This is my first time having this kind of experience at this location. I didn’t have time to take the sandwich back since I had to be to work.

This the second day in a row that Ive gone to this location to pick up my really simple order of coffee, hash browns, everything bagel w/ veggie cream cheese and instead was given cold hard hash browns (today I just trashed them). Both days they were out of my requested spread, Yesterday I was asked a replacement preference today I was just given disgusting plain and a plain untoasted bagel (I threw that away as well) though it is the closest location to my home I will not be returning there due to poor service.
