Posted hours are drive-thru opens at 4am, I come at 4:45 and NO ONE answers after several minutes. I even drive up to the window because I think maybe the speaker isnāt working or maybe their headphones arenāt. NOTHING. Even though when I drove into the shopping center where this is at you could clearly see someone was in there. Guess theyāre just getting free money just being there. I ended up going to royal farms instead.

Went through drive thru, ordered a donut, grilled cheese & medium coffee. Iām pretty sure the girls name is aliza that served me. The coffee cup was half filled, she forgot the donut & grilled cheese was slapped together, other locations have never given me anything that way. Sort it out

Tried to charge me extra for whip cream when the drink I ordered comes with whip cream. Then barely put any whip cream and spice. Bad customer service.

My first time visiting this location store 8694, ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and i asked for it toasted with a side of cream cheese spread, not only was my bagel not toasted to my surprise it also did not have the bacon egg or cheese just a everything bagel not toasted and cream cheese on the bagel, I can understand being busy in the morning but clearly I was over charged for a sandwich and only got a bagel with cream cheese, my receipt is correct and my order was repeated back correctly just not what i ordered in the bag.

The service is usually fast at this location however don't expect a smile or friendly service. The coffee at dunkin is fine but the matcha lattes are terrible (maybe specifically just at this location). They are skimping out on adding the correct amount of matcha powder. I'm a big matcha latte fan and the local Starbucks was out so we decided to try Dunkin. I'm not sure it had more than a tiny sprinkle of matcha powder, I could barely taste it. It was mostly a cup of warm milk. Def will just get my matchas from Starbs.

Egg wrap was hot on edges but center which is egg was cold. Large latte had over 2 inches of foam. So basically I received a medium latte for the price of a large. Tried calling them to report cold egg wrap and went to user busy for over an hour so I gave up.

Iāve ordered many times and this location has the best Donuts. It seems to be a different recipe. Iāve lived in Maryland my whole life and never had Dunkin Donuts of this quality. Whatever theyāre doing I hope they keep doing it.

The one guy who works the drive through shoved the food and drink into my hands very aggressively, not to mention after I waited 10 mins in the line. Why the rush now? Unfortunately, because of this i will not be coming back. Donāt know how this place is still in business. the dunkin by planet fitness is my go to now.
