The restrooms are dirty. The floors, the walls- it’s just nasty. It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. They have different waiters and bartenders quite often.

Went for trivia night. The trivia part was quite fun! The food was pretty good! Not the best I’ve had but good! Our server was horrible! She started out great and after she took the first order of drinks and brought them, we had to, quite literally, stand up at our table and wave at her because she was standing back in the corner by the bar every single time we wanted her attention. I would also not recommend going as a large group I would split up into smaller groups because I ended up paying a $10 tip on a $40 bill for a waitress that stood by the bar for at least half the time I was there. I did bring this to the attention of the manager, and she provided a gift receipt For our experience. I will be coming back to this restaurant. I just will not have this server again. Still recommend the restaurant because the food was good and the atmosphere was nice. If you do not get a server that is paying you adequate attention speak to the manager. She is very helpful. Still don’t recommend being a large party because I have a really bad problem with a server being guaranteed 20%, I’m pretty sure this is why our server didn’t do her job. I don’t know why she would want to do her job when she’s guaranteed roughly $10 per bill if not more because others had much higher bills than me so why should she work? 10 couples $10 apiece that’s 100 bucks for her sitting on her butt back by the bar. I understand the need to put a gratuity on a large party but if your wait-staff is not going to earn that automatic tip. That’s not acceptable. The manager was awesome and she made me feel better and that is why I will go back to this establishment. No complaint about the establishment just the one server.

I got my food and the was COLD that servicer give it to the table next to we was seating Good news after talking with the Manager, Dixon I was insured that this would not happen again. So I'm willing to go back and try again...... Thank you, Dixon for taking the time to talk with me. And work this out
