The food was still good per usual; however, the service was an all time low. Me and my boyfriend went out to eat after work pretty late, we wanted to celebrate him getting a job but wanted something quick. The first issue arose when we ordered on one the screens and tried to get water cups and didn’t see anything else so we mistakingly grabbed regular cups. The staff there accused us of stealing and said we have to pay for the cups but didn’t let us clarify that we were just trying to get water cups and we ended up paying for regular drinks. The second issue arose when we were going to pay, and we were celebrating my boyfriends job so I went to pay and handed my card over, and the staff proceeded to question why he isn’t paying and making it seem like a weird problem.

This store is like the other five guys. They all seem to have good staff, good food, and free peanuts. Their shakes are very good, and they use real bananas for the banana shake, unlike most of their fast food competitors. I tried it with coffee this time, but it seemed to come with extra sugar, so I probably won't do that again. But I will get a Banana shake again.

The saving grace was the wonderful little lady they had at the front who took the time to talk me through my experience (or lack of) when ordering! I was so excited to hear they had a lettuce burger & burger bowls! I thought all they had was burgers on buns! But when ordering my partner I did ask for a few things that were left off so that sucks. Check your burger before you leave!

Enjoyed my shake in-store then thought I'd try out the app. Installed app, ordered and paid for a bacon cheeseburger but got an "HTTP 400" error and the order didn't go through. Looks like the charge was already reversed on my card so all is well. Kinda full from my shake now, is OK, I work nearby so I'll be back.
