Really solid spot, good food, service is good. The tables are a little bit close together that’s the only downside. Not much privacy for conversations but that’s a personal preference

I work in the area and frequent Franco's for lunch. I love the Bookie salad and Maryland crab soup, but the portion control is inconsistent. It's like a box of chocolates – you never know what you'll get. I initially thought it was an off day, but the issue persists. The food is great, but I'm unsure if I'll receive the same portion size each time. I wish they would address this, as it feels like I'm being shortchanged on some days.

Love the food, especially gnocchi! We went on meatball Monday. The sub had 4 GIANT meatballs - had to be a pound of meat. They were cooked through and delicious. The sauce is amazing. Highly recommend the daily specials.

Nice casual place with absolutely amazing pizza! Got the meatball and funghi pizzas. So good! Highly recommend. Service was also good. Server was nice and provided good recommendations

While visiting a friend here in Baltimore, I suggested we go out for Italian food. I found Franco's and we were delighted by the ambiance, the service & the food! My friend is a bit of a foodie... so I didn't know how she would feel about a place I found on Google. But she was equally impressed & told me she would return. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience!

Service from the entire staff was great, and everyone is super friendly. We had a peperoni pizza and added ricotta. It was delicious, especially the crust! We also had the Caesar and Bookie salads always winners. Tonight, I ordered myself the broccoli rabe as a side. It was better than I'd expected. There was a ton of delicious roasted garlic♡ we will be back!!

Very rude staff. The only one who was nice was the host who gives you a menu but can’t help you order nor get a drink. The guy Josh who was supposed to be the server at the bar didn’t/wouldn’t even look at you to greet you. There was an older black gentleman that had already ordered it appeared but wanted to ask a question. Troy avoided looking at him, looked very agitated then gave him a non verbal nod to whatever he asked and sped off. He walked by me again and never spoke and so did another young lady. They watched me pack up my belongings, push my chair on and leave. Which means they didn’t want me there lol. Well they are off the spot for me. Maybe it was an off night but I’ll never find out. I went next door to Beaumont and service was great.

We’ve driven past, walked past, looked at the menu, but had never gone in to eat. We got our chance with some friends last week. I was incredibly impressed with everything. The Ceasar salad dressing was different than any I have had. Garlicky and with a bite of pepper. I really loved that. My wife and friend had salmon and shrimp chowder. They both raved how good it was. My wife has never had lasagna in the Baltimore region that she enjoyed. When she ordered it I thought, oh boy how is this going to go? She said it was delicious and would definitely want to dine there again. I had the veal parm. It truly was one of the best pieces of veal I’ve ever eaten. First, the portion was gigantic. I brought 2/3 of it home. It was so moist and tender I almost put down my knife. The one thing that kind of threw me was that the marinara had a look of pomodoro sauce with a much lighter tint. The sauce, whatever it was had a rich wonderful tomato flavor with the right mix of seasoning. Our friends shared a pizza that also looked and was told was delicious. Franco’s is a keeper.

Franco’s is our go-to Italian and Neapolitan style pizza joint. Josh and the bar staff always treat us well when we’re in.
