Went there to have lunch with a friend i haven't seen in 30 years. We were talking so much we kept forgetting to look at the menu. The server was so patient with us. He saw we were having a great time catching up. He made us feel welcome and we finally ordered and the food was delicious, atmosphere was great. Loved my experience at G L Shack 🥰

I've eaten here twice and both times very disappointed. First time I got what they call old bay wings definitely wasn't old bay spice so I thought that was false advertisement. Second time I went i got the hot roast beef and mash potatoes,when I went to cut a bite I had hard time cutting them I pulled out the bread it was toasted and burnt.Im 60 years old and never had open face beef with toast they have odd ways of cooking and do believe that will be my last visit

I loved the food there and I loved the place. Very nice and inviting. The food was good and filling. The waiters were very nice and kind we got refills and they were on top of things. Not to mention they were good looking. I definitely recommend for you if you are passing through the town or want to go for a nice dinner. Not a lot of space tho

The burger and fries were good. The crab dip was fishy, salty, shredded crab in way too much cream cheese. The only part edible was the cheese and onion on top. Don't waste your money.

Before calling to order my food I checked there business hours. On the website is states (twice) that Wednesday-Thursday they are open until 12 AM and they’re kitchen closes at 10.. so I was little confused when I called at 9:15 PM on a Thursday and they’re kitchen closes stated they were closing at 10 PM… 0/10 would not recommend! If you are doing take out or dining in I would HIGHLY advise to call as they’re hours on their site are incorrect & it clearly false advertisement.

Basically some of the best bar food in the area. Great burgers. Good sandwiches. Dining room in the back is quieter than the bar and better suited to family dining. Bar service is friendly and fast, with very reasonable drink prices. This is our go-to spot whenever we want an uncomplicated lunch or dinner with solid food options.
