This was my first hot pot experience and it was phenomenal! The food was delicious, lots of sauce options and the girls waiting on tables were very helpful and polite. Would DEFINITELY come again!

Favorite hot pot place to go to in the area. Always reliable. Sad that they don’t have the winter melon tea anymore though.

The ancient Chinese decor is quite pretty and service was fast but that's about it. For hot pot items, the options are a little limited compared to other nearby hotpot places. You won't find more classic Chinese items here, this is geared toward foreigners. Meat options were also disappointing. You press a button to call a server if you need more water or soup. But all the food you get by yourself in the back of the restaurant. They do have some dessert besides ice cream and jello like snow fungus and coconut sago.

Took a while to get seated since there was no host at the front of the restaurant when we arrived. Ordering process was fairly straightforward after sitting down as they give you a variety of hot pot bases to choose from. The waitress was friendly and attentive at the beginning, explaining how it worked.
The price was quite reasonable as the place is all you can eat, but the quality of the food itself isn’t that great. The seafood wasn’t very fresh, and the meat was not of the best quality. The soup bases also weren’t very authentic or as spicy as they claimed.
Cleanliness is also a bit of a concern, since the restaurant had a lot of parts that looked a bit dilapidated including flickering lights that weren’t addressed and furniture that looked quite beat up.
Overall experience was okay, but definitely not the best hot pot I’ve had by a long shot.

My mum and my favorite hot pot place! This one is different from the other hot pot places around the area and all the other ones we've been to, because you can self-serve. It's still all you can eat, and you can go and get whatever you need/want at your own pace. They have special group seating with round tables that are sort of in like alcoves. Very pleasant to look at. The other seating are tables with chairs but they're well spaced out so you have privacy to just eat or talk with whomever.
Now the food selection? Way more diverse than other food places. You have the basic veggies, seafood like snow crab legs, mussels, fish, variety of meats, a lot of sauce options in the bar, the appetizer they serve you with the fried chicken and pickled/sauced veggies, free sweet drinks like lemonade and tea (though you can order and pay extra for other drinks which is worth to get with a big group), dessert bar, etc.
It's pretty empty during the weekday, so it may feel awkward. Servers and other staff will be nearby to assist you if you need any help. I love the independence afforded in this place. I think not many people know or try this place since it's inside the Hub Food Court but definitely a favorite hotpot place for many of family and friends.
Very affordable for an AYCE hotpot place with diverse food options, tasty food, and good seating.

My family and I go here when we want something more than just dinner but an entertaining experience as well. They have a great variety of broths and ingredients available and if you are with people with very different/unique tastes or who have various dietary restrictions then this place is a good option where all can enjoy a wonderful meal together. Besides the food the service has always been friendly and attentive and the ambience is great.

I has the best Tom Yum of my life here, my mouth is just watering thinking about it now. The esthic is really charming and adds to the expirence. The staff was also really nice. There is a little bit of a learning curve with cook your own hot pot, but don't let that stop you.

Nothing wrong with the food and is always great! I had a horrible experience with the people who are supposed to come and bring you stuff/take away things. I kept asking for extra broth and they never brought out my check. I did get my check eventually at the front though. I will come back but not for a very long time sadly.

This was an enjoyable experience. The staff is nice, do their rounds often (though there's also a pad to call) to make sure you're good.
They have an interesting variety of ingredients as well. Plenty of which I was happy to try as a first.
Only would have liked the music a tad louder because I did like their selection.
