This was my first time here during National Pancake Day and the food was amazing. The short stack I received was delicious and excited to try even more items in the menu soon. Customer service(greeting and attentiveness) and cleanliness(sticky floors) can be improved.

Erica is great. Ask for the chef, Mr. Robert, who will make you one of the best looking and tasting omlettes. And Avery, the General Manager, is a delight. He came over and we spoke! He asked how long I had been pescetarian and was kind enough to substitute my chicken strips for shrimp and fish. Very kind of him. It’s clean, warm, and welcoming! Come and visit, y’all!

Erica K was a pleasure to deal with! Very professional and down to earth. Once thebfood came out she knew just the right time to check on us without being over bearing. Greeted with a smile and the entire time was just bringing a positive vibe.

Our experience at this ihop was the worst, we waited at 3am for 45 50 mins and the waitress forgot to put out order in. We waited for 15 mins to even get out order taken. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical.
Long wait for the food even when the restaurant is empty. Not the place to go to if you value your time. I don’t understand why they mark the order as ready even though it takes them over 15 mins after arrive for your pickup order. Need some serious management improvements

These are posts that I so hate doing because the service was good considering we had a party of 9. The staff did their best with what they had…short staff, so my family did appreciate that. However, after our meal, we noticed a mouse running under the tables across from us and that was unacceptable. I didn’t get the opportunity to inform our server because again, they were busy and understaff. But I do hope that issues such as this will be addressed and rectified sooner than later.
