These are posts that I so hate doing because the service was good considering we had a party of 9. The staff did their best with what they had…short staff, so my family did appreciate that. However, after our meal, we noticed a mouse running under the tables across from us and that was unacceptable. I didn’t get the opportunity to inform our server because again, they were busy and understaff. But I do hope that issues such as this will be addressed and rectified sooner than later.

I was very disappointed during a recent visit. This was a Saturday morning where you would expect the food and service to be on point. This is what you get with a $15 “create your own omelet” (ham and cheese). We ordered 2 and not only did they come out like this, but they were small and cold… thus, the unmelted cheese. This didn’t even include a side. My son didn’t want to send it back because we were on a time restraint and it already took a while to come out. But this ihop needs to do better.

Hands down the worst IHOP in Baltimore! The wait for sit down & to go are always long unless you come after 1am. They are always under staffed with no manager in sight to help the floor.

This is the worst IHop service I have experienced. I had a party of 4. The food we ordered, took a hour to come out. When the food did come to our table no ones order in my party of 4 came completed. Our food came in bits and pieces. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Ihop. You will make out better eating a bologna and cheese sandwich. I'm very serious.

My coworker snd I came to route ihop I must say I was very disappointed.There was no one waiting but it took over fifteen minutes for someone to notice we where standing and waited to be seat the hostess said follow me but see could not find a clean table she put the menus down and walked away and never returned we cleaned the table ourselves and sat down.no one keep to the table after waiting over twenty minutes the manager was at another talking and laughing never ask us if we needed anything or why we were cleaning the table when we got up to leave the manager and four other employees were at the door talking and laughing this is worst customer service I have experienced the restaurant will never get my business again.
I went to this location a fewe weeks ago in the morning and Wow this location has changed for the better. Under new management and They are really doing what weed to be done to change this location around

There were 2 servers Erika and another lady that did not even have a name tag. They made us wait on an order for an hour and kept saying they cant control back end kitchen. Ofcourse you can , hire staff. Minimize your delivery orders. These people are horrible. 7 years since the first time I went there and its still the same

This IHOP has so much potential, but it was kind of ghetto and it was a lot of drama going on with the waiter that serve my table. The waiters also can use a little bit more training, and also I did not like the fact that the bus boy was trying to clean my table when I was still sitting at the table. Overall, me and my husband will not be back unless under new management.

Service is horrible, the Manage they have is very rude and ignorant. She doesn't know how to handle heavy traffic through the business. Manager has red hair and wears glasses. Manager calls police because she doesn't want to do her job. Ant was in my water, manager on duty stated it wasn't anyone else to talk with and her boss was present on the premises. Food was cold and wasn't able to replace the order waiter never returned back to table til 15mins later. Food wait was over 45mins waiter brought pancakes first but not the entree.
