The food here is ok but the service is top notch. Jake was our server. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. When you come make sure to ask to sit in his section you won’t be disappointed.

Been to this location on multiple occasions. Usually enjoyed and felt full after. Unfortunately, not the case from my most recent visit. Highly DO NOT recommend going with a larger party size. We had 5 in ours and with cooking our own food, we were told we were about to max out the time (90 minutes) - it takes like 15-30 minutes per each meat to cook… easily. Especially when the server keeps turning down your temperature, hmmmm. Pretty sure same limit as 2 or even 1 guest, which is silly. I think I mostly had white rice to fill, since the portions they give at one time and can fit on the small grill wasn’t enough to feed everyone. Too overpriced, surely did not get our monies worth. Also to add, was told their birthday celebration wasn’t working. Our birthday person had to show ID just to get a piece of cake in a box.

This was my favorite restaurant to go to since they opened back up after the pandemic. Recently they have increased their prices to $35pp (it was $26 then $32 now $35) and any child over 9 pays full price. For $35 pp and nothing has changed. The service has went down, the food is not as fresh as it used to be. For a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) the bill was $200!!! They rush you with your food and constantly ask what do you want next when you just got your first selection of meat. And you have to pay for drinks…fountain drinks!! I will have to say I’m no longer going to Iron Age anymore!!

This place is always great!! I love how they serve the food and allow you to cook it yourself on the grill. They a have variety of dishes to choose from and all of them are fire 🔥.. my favorites are the brisket and the bulgogi. The scenery is nice with large TV screens everywhere playing K-Pop.

Sai has served me and my sister at least three times and each time has been a wonderful server. Service likes this keeps us coming back, it makes for a wonderful experience each time. Also, LOVE the addition of spoons!

I don’t blame our waiter at all. He was attentive and noticed early on that something wasn’t right. The issue was that our table’s grill never got hot enough. Instead of grilling, the meat slowly cooked with barely any sizzle.

Our waiter tried cleaning the grill, and I later asked another employee to look at it as well. Both acknowledged the problem, but nothing changed. Meanwhile, other tables had bits of smoke and steam going the entire time while ours barely cooked anything.

We spent most of the meal just waiting and watching meat slowly become edible. Once it finally cooked, it was okay, but nowhere near the quality you expect from Iron Age.

What really disappointed me was that even though multiple staff members recognized the issue and apologized, no real attempt was made to fix it. We were not offered a different table, a solution from a manager, or any kind of compensation. When I spoke to the manager, the response was simply that he was sorry and hoped next time would be better, which felt dismissive given that the problem affected our entire meal.

The staff were kind, but a technical issue like this should be addressed, not just apologized for. That is why this visit earns two stars.
