Worst location. Came at 10:40 and they acted like they didn’t want us there. Hostess was speaking across the room to a manager, manager kept shaking his head no. She just kept smiling and nodding her head, this was a very uncomfortable unprofessional experience. They kept reiterating that 11:30 was last call. My boyfriend and I understood and said that’s fine. You could see obvious aggravation from the manager, and he shook his head. So because of how uncomfortable they made us, we just ended up leaving. Stop giving your money to places that don’t care about how they treat you. Your karma for making people uncomfortable for no reason will come back to you.

I heard a plenty of bad reviews about this place. And I'm assuming that they had a rough start. I came here on a Friday night and it was packed. There was a 30-minute wait for two people. We got seated quickly and our server was great overall. I understood the idea of all you can eat Korean BBQ and immediately began to order. I ordered all of most of the meats and most of it is actually pretty delicious. It is a lower quality of meat and very fatty for the most part but once you start grilling, you kind of forget about it and then just enjoy the moment. The Iron Age thing is probably the best meat they have on the menu. There isn't much side dishes and finesse but it gets the job done.The grill does take a long time to cook the food so be warned.

I would be remiss if I didn't shout out Isaac for his exceptional service as our waiter. He was attentive, kind, polite, and, most importantly, had a fantastic attitude. As money gets tighter for some folks and folks become more mindful of where they spend it, customer service will shine through. Isaac is the kind of guy you would tip 10K to like in those news stories. Myself and my party were traveling through and won't be back anytime soon, but we would highly recommend this place solely because our dining experience included Isaac.

First time visiting. It was my son's birthday and this is where he wanted to meet up. Was not disappointed! The waiter was friendly and ready for whatever we ordered. What a great concept: we cooked the food and we were great cooks! But pricy but well worth it.

Let me start by saying that the food and service were great, but my only issue was the strick time limit being enforced. The owner needs to remember that the meats need time to cook, and the waiter has other tables, so waiting for more food takes time, too. The time limit needs to be adjusted to at least two hours so that customers can actually enjoy themselves and not rush to cook and eat.

They are expensive. I went with my 3 kids two 13 year Olds, one 9 year old, and my mother. I paid close two $300 on hotpot. Definitely not worth it.

This is such a unique and fun culinary experience! Being able to cook the meat yourself seems like a chore, but you end up having a great time with friends/family and get to really enjoy the meat as you complete your rounds enjoying high quality marinated meats. I recommend getting an Iron Age salad only once, and keep the rice, jahpchae (delicious glass noodles) and spicy rice cakes on revolver. For the meats, go for the steaks (iron age soy steak, seasoned steak, and spicy pork steak) and beef and spicy pork bulgogi. The chicken in my opinion is mid in comparison. Make use of the scissors, cutting into bite size pieces allows for a quicker cook and easier handling/ control over done-ness.Kid-friendliness: The place is pretty loud, with music, a bar, and the obvious frame grill so I wouldn’t bring kids here.
