I took my kid to get a donut in their costumes a white family came out but when me and my kids tried to come in the door was locked we knocked and the employees just looked at us my children were upset of course. Every time we go to this location it’s always something or someone disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend!!

Nothing beats a free donut. When the light says the donuts are hot, you can get one free. I have found the drive thru to be exceptionally slow, but the inside is nice and there's good seating.

Hot light always on but doughnuts always cold. Waste of time. Employee told me they keep in on from 7am-9am because they “might” have some ready during those hours.
This time I asked for the manager and asked why the hot light is on and hot doughnuts are not served - she says “oh it shouldn’t be on, someone cut light off”. Seems like a bait & switch situation where this locations l convinces someone to stop when they see the hot light on, just to give them old stale doughnuts.

Some of the very best doughnuts that I personally ever had. Well worth the drive from my home in Glen Burnie. The Original Glazed is my personal favorite.

You can't go wrong with a fresh Krispy Kreme Donut I wish I had the guy's name that helped me.He was just so nice!!!

What I didn't expect was the amazing service we received.
All of the employees were just lovely, but Ms Raetta (sorry spelling may be wrong) was worth her weight in gold.
She went above and beyond to help us.
I would definitely make the extra mile to come to this Catonsville location for sure.

Employees don’t care so I hope the manager see this and fixes it. The menu for the drive thru is messed up the biggest concern with it is that there’s no light and it’s not a screen so on rainy days you can’t see anything and at night.

Decided to try this place today now the girl was telling the truth behind the register . I was here was the donut fresh now you can look at the donut and tell they was not fresh.. the girl that working behind the register was like now they not fresh.. the boss dirty looking boy going to say no all there donut fresh lies newbies the girl said machine just started working wen I walked.. never will I try this place again why lie to customers about the food manager need to know how to run his damn business glad the girl keep 💯💯 because I would have been made got home with hard donuts
