Did not answer at the drive thru. Didnt have filling in half of the donuts. Took a long time waiting inside the building for a mobile order

From out of town, new to this location. This location has two doors. The front door has a key box on it but we tried to enter anyway. It was locked. We started to drive away. Then we realized people were entering the side door. When I was inside I saw people going out that front door. So I asked and they said the door was broken. It would be friendly to customers if they put a sign on it. We stood at the counter to place our order. Employees looked at us but no one said anything. Eventually an employee at a side counter asked what we wanted. So we told her our order. When we got home, one of our filled donuts had no filling and one had less than a teaspoon of filling in it. Our Krispy Kreme at home is so much better. This location definitely doesn’t represent their brand very well.

The best donuts! Tried not to eat the whole dozen on our way home, but we came close to polishing them off! Staff was courteous, and acknowledged our slightly increased wait time. We'll be going back - just wish there was a KK here in Annapolis!

Went to this place at night to buy a box, but was ignored by the employees. They just continued cleaning and mopping even though it was clear I was ready to buy. Not one approach and asked me if I need anything. Unprofessional.

I stopped because i saw the HOT light on. Service was slow. Operating from the drive thru register with one employee. Inside was dirty and nasty. Customer service again was slow and it wasn’t busy. To top it off, I paid $8 for 4 donuts. I wont be going back to this the Catonsville location. I will stick with the Owings Mills location. Also the donuts weren't that good. I do not recommend....

I was thrown off when I received my order. The doughnuts I ordered were not what I expected. They looked nothing like the picture 😔so much I had to get an explanation as to why.

Visited this Krispy Kreme on 1/27 through the drive-thru to try the Choco Mania / Hershey Drop donut I saw advertised. The donut I received was basically a brown-looking glazed donut with no chocolate at all—nothing like what’s shown in Krispy Kreme’s advertising.

When I asked about it and showed the employee the picture, she was rude and passive-aggressive, saying, “Well that’s the internet,” and that it’s not supposed to look like that in real life. The manager was present and also said the donut isn’t supposed to look like how Krispy Kreme is advertising.

I understand products can vary, but being told the ads aren’t meant to match what you actually get—plus the attitude—was really disappointing. I won’t be back. Below is a picture of the advertised donut and what I received in store.

Ordered online at 8:30pm, says they are open until 10. Store is closed. Not the first time this has happened. Closing early and no one been fired yet? Smh.

The last krispy Kreme in the area and its headed down the path of the others, the doughnuts are amazing but like the others shops they were out of more than 50% of the choices. I hope they survive because its better than no Krispy Kreme!

My original dozen glazed looked like they were smaller so they added 6 extra donuts that were also small. My second double were gOod as usual.

Was disappointed several times as an entrance was locked, and then only two varieties of donuts were available, nothing else, including cinnamon rolls was ready when I walked in. Price seemed high also...

Even though there Dunots are great i went today at 7am to get donuts and they had none. Until 10am what the heck. I dont understand why they are open if they won't have no donuts for the public. They were just cleaning and working like not wanting too and answering in a moody way. This is why Kispy Kreme is going bankrupt and there locations are shutting down as they dont have consistently and good workers who care about the company, just go to complete there hours

We stopped by just after the morning rush and (understandably) most of their donuts were not available and they were having issues with their latte machine. They were very professional and courteous, and comp’d us a donut, despite our insistence on paying. This was our first donut in the DMV area and the familiarity of Krispy Kreme was a nice treat.
