I never go inside everytime I’ve done so in the past it’s like a zoo! I also usually never have an issue with the food just customer service. You get judged for asking for extra of something or side eyed when you tell them they’re missing an item. Today’s example I asked for a side of breakfast sauce the guy who took my order was super nice ! I paid but when I got to the second window noticed my receipt said add the sauce so I kindly said the to the lady when she handed me my food “ I’m so sorry I just noticed to receipt said add breakfast sauce it was supposed to be a side of it… “ she looked at me like I just told her she sucked at her job or something … I said “I'm sorry I didn’t want it on it I like a side because I also dip my hash brown in it” she rolled her eyes huffed and walked away. Comes back with a 4pc nugget box with like a squirt in the box … I get to my destination. Lo and behold there’s not even sauce on the sandwich. So if I didn’t speak up and get judged about the order being wrong I wouldn’t have had that tiny bit that seemed to be a problem to give … i

This is the absolute worst McDonalds in the state. The workers are rude. Homeless live outside of it. And the orders are always wrong (despite being ordered on the app). I’m not reaching out to customer service to save the canned response from McDonalds. Be better. It’s not that hard!

Lady at drive through working the shift at 2:20 am on September 1st gave us an attitude at the drive thru. The staff did not ask for the McDonald’s code and gave an attitude to us the customers when we let her know of the code at the window. She yelled at another employee that we are others who are providing a code at the window and started to blame us for not providing the code instead of doing her job and asking for it when accepting our order. This McDonald’s need to do better.

The workers were very nice. but had me pull up for a QP and small fry. 15 minutes later, I parked and went up to the window and asked for my food, which took another 5. I was in a hurry, hence fast food. appears to be in total chaos. will not go if under any time constraints.

The worst McDonald’s ever in Baltimore I have never been this disappointed and embarrassed I just came from a trip and brought all my family to this McDonald and first thing was no was there to greed me nor take my order but we waited but 29 minutes later no one came not even after I keep calling and after finally 30 minutes some lady with bad attitude just literally said what you want idk if she was having bad day or what but that is no way to I treat a customer . Taking my order took additional 10 minutes just going back and forth since she couldn’t understand English I had to talk to her slowly but still she got all my 5 Big Mac wrong I kindly asked her for the manager or someone that speak English but no she told another young Spanish lady that just totally ignore us finally the manger came and took our order and we couldn’t even get sauce for the fries cus when my son went there to ask for some the Spanish lady ask him to pay I told him not to pay and we all walk out . What was meant to be a happy easy 10 minutes meal turn into 50 minutes of disappointment please if you can’t speak English just don’t work in a please where u need to speak English .

This used to be a decent place to go in and sit down and have breakfast But since the ants moved in and the roach by the door things has changed but not for the better. I spoke to management about the 🐜 ants and showed staff the roach at the door.
Too often tables are not clean and dried but are left wet or dried residue. Not everybody knows how to clean the table.
The floor's in the restroom are left wet for hours during the day nearly every day. Either it's being neglected or there's a water leaking issue. And the latch for the stall is left broke so you don't have privacy. I believe they could do better.
