Whenever we order here always forgetting drinks.! Not just once.. or twice.. it’s everytime.! Esp with the happy meal.. and breakfast. The manager always yelling at her workers even there’s costumers. Not a good place.

I ordered on the mobile app for inside pickup at the counter. I went inside and received my order quickly. I left the location and found my burger was not plain/only cheese. I turned around and went all the way back to the store. I went inside and informed the lady at the counter. She immediately blamed me without looking at my receipt. After showing her the receipt she argues with me that plain means without cheese. I politely said that on the app it shows that I wanted only cheese and that their machine printed it as plain. Either way this makes no difference because the burger they gave me still had all the condiments on it including cheese…… I found her reaction to be extremely rude. Then it took them 10 minutes to make another plain cheese burger while I watch them make several burgers for other orders. I finally ask for a refund and another woman shoves the burger in my hands. They didn’t apologize for THEIR mistake and acted like it was my fault. This McDonald’s needs a serious revamp on their customer service skills!

Only gave 4 stars on service because they need more employees. They are hiring hopefully the people sign up for the mid and night shift because that's when door dash and Uber eats gets hectic.I was there when the kids are out of school that's why I rated the atmosphere 4. Them kids be loud and dirty up the place.

This location is such a waste of money. Most of the time you have to wait for cold food and flat soda. Today I waited 12 mins for 9 burnt chicken nuggets and cold fries, I wish that was the first time that happened here. I tried so hard to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I can’t remember one time I walked away happy.

My husband and I went to the drive through, placed out order and a fish sandwich was left out of the bag. My husband told her and she had a terrible attitude she snatched the bag out of his hands went through the bag and saw that we was really missing a item. It's took 5 minutes to bring us our item. We didn't get an apology. When she handed him the bag she still had an attitude. I'm so displeased with this interaction and so disappointed.

I rarely have an issue with this location. My fries are ALWAYS fresh and hot, it's always clean in the lobby, and food always tastes fresh. The customer service is spotty bc some days they don't speak but they get everything correct. For example, they sometimes hand me my food and say nothing and slam the window in my face before I can say thank you but the food is good and my order correct so I'm not worried about it.Parking: They have plenty of parking but so many of the spaces in front have curbside signs on them. It's strange.

This is the worst McDonalds location in the area. 3x in a row I’ve gotten bad food from here and I’m done. Never again. Every time the same, Soggy, greasy fries, nasty burnt nuggets and burgers that range from undercooked to burnt to a crisp. Avoid at all costs, go to any other location in the area.
