It's been awhile since I've eaten at any McDonald's the food was fresh the fries were hot and I was not disappointed with my cheat day.

Its always the attitude and disrespect and not paying attention gets me away to order from mickey dees.
This is the 3rd time I got a bunch of crap and attitude in the drive thru the lady taking orders rang me up for 3 sandwiches while i only requested one than she kept saying my card declined then she got the manager and he said the same but I had felt from the start of getting to the window the body language the black female gave me was like Im just here for work IDC kindly I’m sadly writing to you guys check and fix your management this is a disgrace to humanity to have stores operated by kids that don’t know what service is.

I mean, it's McDonalds. You can't expect much food-wise unless you're craving that extra greasy fries and burger! The 2 things that are okay with this location are #1) The employees don't act like they can't stand their job. #2) The McFlurry machine is never "Out of order". 🤣 P.S When the hell did McDonald's become so expensive? Lol

I'm absolutely livid about my recent experience at McDonald's! The service was appalling. I asked for three buffalo and ranch sauces, but the staff refused, citing some arbitrary limit. I then used the mobile kiosk to order additional sauces, which were supposed to be free. However, when I went to collect them, I was told I needed to pay for them, despite the app not charging me.
The staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive, with no manager or owner present to address my concerns. It's clear that they don't value their customers or care about providing decent service. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
# WHEN DUM PEOPLE START WORKING UNDER DUM MANAGER ! ( I call them dum because they don’t know how to even talk that too when they are working in a franchise like McDonald)

I was getting food for a homeless family so I don't know how it tasted but it seemed pretty good and the service was fast. I gave it a low rating because of the frowning face and impatience and borderline rudeness. The young girl was answering my question but she made it clear that I was annoying and irrelevant to her. It may be just my preferences because I was raised to respect the elderly and young people today don't have those values. Sad how that is reflected in our service Industries. I will not go back unless I am treating someone else who is needy

This was a disappointing experience. No clean tables, except the handicap reserved table which I cannot in good conscience sit at. The mccrispy is just chicken and pickles so go to chick fil a if you want a chicken sandwich, it just wasnt good and way overpriced for what you get. 2 ketchup packets for a large fry and go wait 4 minutes to get anybody's attention to ask for more... not a good time

I love big Macs stuff and eat at McDonald’s more often than other fastfoods, and like open counters with soft drinks and catchup etc for customers to pick themselves. But this store has no self-help counter and nothing is open for customers’s. As I asked for a coke refill, the answer was: We don’t do refills! Wow! The stingiest One!
