Opies Soft Serve and Snowball is a fantastic spot for a sweet treat! I ordered a chocolate shake, and it was thick, creamy, and full of rich chocolate flavor—perfect for any chocolate lover. The mixed swirl with a gluten-free cone, topped with butterscotch and chocolate chips, was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The medium mixed swirl was just as tasty, with a smooth consistency and the right balance of sweetness. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. My husband has fond memories of getting a chocolate snowball with marshmallow fluff growing up. So we decided to stop by when we were in the area after a doctor's appointment. It's a cute little snowball stand. However, the snowballs had no real flavor, or at least mine didn't. I got a rainbow snowball, and he got the chocolate with vanilla soft serve.

Size of serving is inconsistent. I ordered a medium soft serve last week and it looked like a medium. I went yesterday and the medium was a child-size.

Sad that this was my first snowball after years of not having one. Ordered two different flavors of snowballs and neither tasted like anything. I was disappointed because the rating is pretty high. Maybe their ice cream is better, who knows

I got a coconut snow cream on this scorching hot day and it was the perfect thing to cool me down! The perfect amount of snowball juice and the pricing was just right! 10/10 will get again.

Opies is going downhill. Ive been going every summer for 30 years. But now, the cups keep getting smaller, the prices are higher but the snowballs are getting chintzier.i paid for extra marshmellow and it was barely there. Theyre using a lot less flavoring. Is there a shortage of snow ball supplies?? Very disappointing.

Very weak flavor. We had two snowballs, chocolate and spearmint, and neither tasted like anything. Colored ice in a cup. Very disappointing. Servers are nice and location is great, but snowballs are not worth the trip.

No longer a fan. I prefer not to pay for poor quality service. This particular worker had a bad attitude and to top it off dropped my cup of ice cream on the table instead of giving it to me in my hand. Teach your young employees how to give good customer service especially if they want tips!
