I have food handling concerns and safety concerns for the workers at this location. When was the last time this location was Audited/Inspected?My fiancee ordered mine and his food for me though the Panda Express App last night, my order was a plate (1 main & 2 sides) of my go-to: ‘Chow mein, Beijing beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp’ and he already had some food earlier so he wasn’t too hungry and decided to only get an ‘Al a Carte’ small container of his go-to: ‘Beijing Beef’ both orders for take-out (AKA carry-out/to-go).We’ve frequently ordered from this location without any problems, questions, or concerns until last night.I was a bit late coming to pick up my food (this location closes at 10:30PM (22:30), I arrived at 9:22PM (21:22) I go in to pick up my food and because of the time, the normally busy restaurant was quiet and, as expected, the staff was cleaning up and prepping for the next work day so I waited for someone to assist me when they could. In the forefront, however, I saw what concerned me: One of the staff members carrying chicken from the grill (or whatever they use to cook their chicken in/on) to the ‘hot plates’ where customers see the food being served from. The problem is that this staff member wasn’t wearing gloves while handling food, nor hair protection but had beautiful long hair, and carrying the chicken with nothing but tongs and a bare hand under the chicken to catch… drippings or if it fell??What would she have done if it fell and no customers were there to witness it?I speak-translate-understand Spanish, as did the staff. The older woman that served me exclaimed to the staff member holding the chicken (because for a moment she didn’t know what to do) that it was okay and directed her to put the chicken where it belonged.

One of the cashiers was very rude, but Song, I think she's the shift lead or something, is amazing.

This Baltimore National Pike location has dropped the ball several times from finding hair in my food to missing portions to cold food. Panda Express is one of the few fast food places my family eats but it's quickly working its way off of that short list.

I ordered takeout, got home, ate half my meal only to discover I was eating moldy vegetables. Now I am sick to my stomach and have wasted the money I spent to buy dinner. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of my food and the audacity of the workers to serve moldy food.

This was the place that my 11 yr olds wanted for their birthday dinner. They love their sesame chicken, and orange chicken. My faves are chicken and mushroom and black pepper chicken. Rice and mein are aversge. Veggies are good. We always do half and half with rice and noodles or noodles and veggies. The one we went to had a panhandler outside. Such a turn off to enter these places.Thai place is also always busy which means fresh food all the time. I ordered ahead and food was not ready in time but close to it.Also, I got 1 apple cinnamon roll. It was 2$ kind of expensive for a little roll. Very sweet and would taste good with ice cream.

At a time most fast food places are ho hum I was pleasantly surprised by this Panda Express. I stopped in and got a 3 item and side big plate. All of the items were excellent. The busy line moved smoothly. I enjoyed the meal so much I went back the next night trying another combination of items. They were just as good. Definately a new #1 fast option for me in the future.
