Friendly service. Good food. I like the free 2-month sip club promotion that Panera is doing. Free drinks every two hours for members.

Worst customer service possible, horrible experience!

This is one of the worst Panera’s I’ve ever been to. From the service to the food quality. I’ve had the worst stomach ache and bloating since eating there yesterday. Drive the extra few minutes to the one in Columbia, you’ll thank me later. They also run out of items way more often than any other Panera I’ve frequented.

I'm a doordash driver, I wait for 50 minutes but the order was in the shelf, and I ask to that old short black guy that why he doesn't want to give me the order and he only said ok ok ok with a bad attitude, I don't think thats the way you treat to the costumer panera pay attention to this.

Added some chicken noodle soup to our order and the lady gave us an attitude when we told her we didn’t order it. Mean staff because they just yell at you and have attitudes. Go to a different Panera if you need to.

Food was good, but the staff were so unhelpful. They forgot about my order and were rude.

The store was not busy when I arrived, the employees were just not doing their job, or not present, I am not quite sure which. Nevertheless, it took 45 min for them to make my Chai Tea Latte, and I had to ask/remind them about it three times. No one once apologized for the delay.
