Very slow customer service, I don't know how many people working in the kitchen but they are extremely taking longer in preparation. In addition to pick up time you are going to wait between 25-30 minutes, just for soup and grilled cheese.
Sometimes food is ready but employees at the front don't check and pack it for pickup.
Please work on your timings.

Worst Panera.
Avacardo Melt Sandwich had completely different recipe.
We asked them to dine in but were told that there were no clean plates.
When asked for plates, staff members laughed and said all plates are dirty.
We ate on napkins.
Food tastes nasty and stale, cheese sandwich was burnt.
Incompetent staff. There was no manager to been seen.
No wonder the whole restaurant was empty and dirty.

We came to this Panera bread to eat with our family and when we entered their was this cashier named Daryl who took care of us, when we were ordering he kept looking at us in a weird way and not responding to us when we told him we wanted something else. His service was also very terrible and there was a strand of hair in my babies mac n cheese which is very nasty
