This was the third Vietnamese restaurant I have been to since relocating to the area from the West Coast. Inflation has affected everyone and everything so with that said when a restaurant labels something as "Large" I expect just that for the price being charged. I was really surprised and impressed to see my Large bowl of Pho arrive at my table with a great ratio of meat and noodles. The broth was flavorful and seasoned well and noodles were blanched to the proper texture. Service was prompt and the restaurant was clean. Great variety of condiments table side as well. I know there's many more places to try but I will definitely keep Pho #1 in my rotation.

I've been going here for years. They are consistent with good food. However, the prices went up so I don't come often anymore.

Straight to the point: THE FOOD WAS SO FLAVORFUL & A REALLY GOOD PORTION!! Service was excellent, they were very nice and very attentive. The atmosphere was very relaxing and clean. Honestly, I would give it more stars if I could. It is hard to find a place this good in Baltimore.PS I recomment the diced beef w/ fried egg rice

Ive been going here for years The food is amazing the service is the best and the restaurant is clean. They play Kenny g- My favorite things are the combo fried rice, the egg rolls, and the number 18 pho! I would recommend this place over any pho place in the area Their broth is authentic and Rich not too floral.

I came back here over half a year later and order their bun bo hue again. It seems like they really improved it and their ingredients seem way more fresh! I really like their chilli oil, which is a must have in all the pho that I eat! I brought a little bit of my own shrimp paste from home to eat their sliced jalapenos and to add to the bun bo hue soup. There is just something about that salty (shrimp paste) and spicy (jalapeno) bite that pairs well with bon bu hue. Their menu is huge! I took some photos of the menu, but not all of them. Something that you don't see often about pho places is that they offer alcohol also, such as liquor not just beer. I didn't order any so I can't comment on that. The servers were also extremely attentive and refilled our water probably 4-5 times! There is plenty of free parking outside.

Fast service. Friendly staff. They have a decent noodle soup for a cold day! They’ve been here for years and earned a spot in one of my go to pho places in the area. You can’t go wrong ordering their egg rolls (#60 on the menu).

Unexpectedly excellent Vietnamese food! When I arrived, all the staff and guests were Spanish-speaking. But the menu is authenticly Vietnamese. They have many unique dishes you rarely see outside Vietnam: bánh xeo pancakes, bo là lot grilled beef, Hu Tieu noodle soup, Bo Kho beef stew... and many more. I ordered the Bùn Mạng Vit, duck noodle soup. Delightful and light. The duck was perfectly cooked. No raw bits or overcooked tough meat- perfect! The restaurant is also clean and well decorated. Unfortunately, many "authentic" American Vietnamese restaurants are shamefully messy. Skip the Pho basement experience & head to Phở #1A surprising gem in Catonsville! Make the trip!

I never write reviews but I had to for this one. Me and my family recently came here for dinner and everything was great at first. We were served our pho and everything was perfect until as I was grabbing some bean sprouts off of my plate and saw a piece of chewed gum on my plate under the bean sprouts. I thought I was tripping when I saw it and asked everyone at the table if they accidentally put their gum on the plate. Come to find out none of us had gum prior to eating. I was completely shocked to see this. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and to see this really broke my heart. My theory is that they took a plate of unused toppings from someone else’s table after they were finished and just gave it to us and didn’t care to check anything. I have no clue but thinking about someone else’s spit and stuff under my toppings made me loose my appetite completely. It really sucks having to write this but it had to be said.
