Ngl, if I could leave 0 stars I would. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Pho Saigon was disappointing enough that I felt like I had to say something. The service was terrible, my appetizer order was wrong, and even though I barely touched the food, I was still charged for it. The outer layer of my dumplings had a sour, spoiled flavor, and the shrimp in my “Bon Bo Hue” had an, overly fishy and old smell that made it clear it wasn’t fresh. On top of that, the restaurant had a SERIOUS fly and gnat problem, which just made the whole atmosphere feel unclean. Overall, the service was bad, the food was worse, and the environment made me want to walk out. Definitely won’t be returning.

The food is good, but the amount of meat you get isnt much for the price. The service was rushed & hostile. We came here with 45 mins till close, were asked to sit down, then we were rushed to order & were told that only pho was available to order. Then why tell us to sit down?? On top of that— the staff starts to MOP with two other tables dining?? Chemicals & food don’t go well together!! Coming in at 9:15 isnt that crazy. I could understand 9:45, but not 9:15. & how much time did you all really save with mopping with PAYING customers in the store? Probably 10 mins. Hope that extra 10 mins was worth it!

The pho was delish, and the price was reasonable and affordable compared to other pho spots. The place is small so you may have to wait if they're busy but we didn't wait too long for a table.

It was our first time dining here and the customer service was a 0/10 . The older man was very rude. He said “what” multiple times and was very dismissive overall when his guests politely communicated with him. Often seemed irritated when asked questions regarding the menu so it made us uncomfortable to communicate with him at all. So we asked for another server and received a hard “NO” . He even asked other guests if they were done dining before saying they were finished because there wasn’t enough seating to seat the new customers coming in ( as this location is very intimate) . The pho overall was plentiful regarding serving size however the flavor was lacking , spring rolls were average , lemonade was great. Nothing to rave about , I would not recommend.

I got the pho with steak and brisket and it was incredible. The broth had such a good mix of flavors and perfect amount of spice. We also got the spring rolls and they were so hot and fresh and had the best tasting filling.
Very large portions, couldn’t finish the entire bowl but I definitely tried.
