Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. When I went to pick up my order I had to wait over an hour! Nobody was even tending to the front desk or the crowded room to complete orders. Staff were extremely slow and look like they do not know what they are doing. Completely unacceptable wait times, if I had known this before hand, I would not have ordered from here.

NEVER DO A MOBILE ORDER HERE!!! 2 hour wait after on Pizza Hut app it was never delivered. Had to go pick it up then wait an additional 30 minutes for them to cook it. Terrible service

This is one of the dirtiest places I ever seen I placed and order my food got delivered it was super cold and stuck to the box the food looked horrible after my driver waited 1hour someone finally gave the driver my order the service is terrible and the food we don’t even eat. Worst food ever and it’s been over 3 weeks and still no refund no one to give me my money back this is terrible

Alright. I’ve ordered this particular pizza from many other locations and it’s never been as saucy or cold as I got it here. As you can see the wings are also over-sauced and spilling into the box itself. The pizza has too much of that garlic parm sauce because why is the toppings falling off to only leave me with the crust of the pizza.

I went to here to pick up a pizza for carryout that I ordered online. It was Halloween which is a very busy day for people to order pizza. The staff did an excellent job of handling the craziness. Many customers were not very nice but the staff handled it as best as they could. I commend all who worked that shift tonight. You did a great job!
The breadsticks were great, the pizza dough was undercooked, but the extra sauce was there with the right amount of cheese. Very perplexing end result lol
