Wrong everything.Burnt, no sauce, too much seasoning, cheese tavern pizza and cookie instead of cinnamon rolls. Had to drive it back from delivery, lady claims that it's perfectly fine, that's just how frozen cheese looks. 😆😆

I placed an online pizza order at 5:30 PM on a Saturday, with a 35-minute estimated wait time. I arrived at the store at 6:10 PM to pay, only to be told of a 25-minute delay. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I was informed of yet another 20-minute delay. This unacceptable wait time, especially after the initial estimate, was incredibly frustrating. The store's poor management and lack of follow-through resulted in a very disappointing experience.

This pizza hut has to be the worst ever I ordered 5 pizza for a repast and when we got there to pick them up at 1:45 pm on a Thursday the store was closed and couldn't reach anybody via phone and they had already taken my money (online order). I had to use a chat online to request a refund but they are talking bout I have to wait for them to do an investigation smdh don't go here people

Horrible customer service. Order online twice for delivery paid a tip for delivery. Had to go pick the pizza up myself. Call to speak to manager can't get through on the phone. NO RESOLUTION PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THE FREDERICK RD CATONSVILLE LOCATION

Website is glitchy. Waited over an hour after being told “it’ll be right out.” Got a refund instead..store was crowded and there was an elderly person making pizzas. No apology, no explanation..Poor service. Not sure if they have one oven and lots of orders. Placed another order online, went to pick it up and was told “we canceled all orders, we’re closed” at 8pm by a rude large woman. The store closes at 11pm and I drove all the way there without being notified. Just fire everyone & start over again. Total revamp with some customer service training.
Ordered a pan pizza and when I got home it was not a pan pizza not to mention that you have to pay extra for pan pizza. I don’t live near that Pizza Hut I drove from the other side of town to be disappointed for what I got.

This place has been here for years and the service has not changed. They take too long to fill orders. The location needs to be moved to avoid the minimal parking and the heavy traffic in the area. The food is ok, provided you get it while it is hot. The delivery range is not wide enough considering its point in the county. If you are placing an order, give yourself a good amount of time for when you actually want it, because they don't keep to the scheduled posted pickup time.

Pizza Hut does nothing but lie... They make it so difficult to navigate their app, that when they have coupons or special offers you can't uSE them. Literally every single employee was either rude, disrespectful, combative or downright mean. Although the exterior and interior of the building was surprisingly clean all the employees look like they haven't took a shower in weeks. Last four times I ordered from them the pizza was hard as a hockey puck, and no matter what they never cut the pizza all the way through so when you go to grab a slice a part of the bottom stays attached to other pieces of pizza. I'm fed up with Pizza Hut I don't know how much longer I can take their BS. I had better luck with Domino's Pizza Hut

We placed the order for delivery through the Pizza Hut app and it estimated the order would be delivered by 8:50pm. When it was 9:15 and the order still hadn't arrived, we called the store. The employee said they were boxing up the order now; the wings had taken a while. We waited some more and by 9:45pm, our order still had not arrived. We called the store again and they told us it was ready and they had been waiting on a Door Dasher to pick it up. We explained the order wasn't placed through Door Dash and we no longer wanted the order. We requested a refund and the employee said they would process it.
