I'm only giving this a 3 star because of the 2 employees. Both of the ladies were on their phones the entire time. I get if no one was inside but once my family and I came in one of the girls stayed on her phone. Then after we got our order which was great I saw one girl spraying lysol around! I think there was a bug they were trying to kill but spraying lysol when there js FOOD around is terrible and could get someone sick. If we go back I'll just won't order if I see those 2 girls working there.

It has been so hot lately, this was the perfect treat. Took the whole family to get ice, custard and gelati. Tried a new flavor as well Recommended by the employee. They were very helpful while tending to an elderly customer. Can’t wait to go again.

The manager fired my daughter because she was sick and they didn’t have coverage • her husband is very rude they don’t pay on time . DO NOT LET YIUR YOUTH WORK •
My child in in her way to college and this is what happened to her do not work here
Turn this place around, a lot of room for improvement in service and inventory.

This particular location was okay. You can actually go inside of the building. But the building was very warm. The 2 guys that were there serving we nice but too playful. My Rita's Italian ice was not good. It tastes like unmixed gelatine. (That was the mango flavor). The Cotton Candy and Swedish Fish were pretty good. This location is in Catonsville,MD (Frederick Road Area)

Great customer service. This location is very clean.
We thought they were closed because there was no sign of anyone in the parking lot. Drive thru is closed, had to go in to order. We ordered 5 different things and they were all good.

Prices on the TVs were very wrong, everything is more expensive than as written. The young lady working had to put the orders in the register to see how much they would cost. All of the Italian Ice flavors were melting and had a pool of liquid in the tub. Got a gelati, portion of custard in bottom of cup was tiny, ice was sludge by the time it got outside. All indoor tables were put up, though we were there two hours before closing. Not a very good location, recommend the one in Odenton instead.

Whoever is the owner at Rita’s needs to handle their business better. The place said it was open at 3:00pm we get there and the sign says “open at 4:00 5/3/24”. Waste of time and gas.
I paid $12 for a quart of custard to go and it’s not even filled. To add insult to injury the center was hollow. And they’ve got an invalid phone number online.
Finally a business that seems to make this location on Frederick Road work. Keeping it simple with refreshing treats and very pleasant service. In the summer you can sit outside and enjoy. Reasonably priced and very tasty.

Update after management replied: being near the end of the season is a lame excuse for having so few flavors. I am seeing this be a complaint ALL THROUGHOUT your season. Also failed to reply about the other problems happening at this location. Just go to another ice place like Opie’s for better service and variety.1. Not very many flavor options to choose from2. Setting is a little scrappy (the employees try their best to keep it clean, but the inside is ugly and there’s a trailer attachment just sitting in the drive thru area)3. The girl serving me was very nice, but the one manning the cash register yesterday at around 4 PM was very curt and just wanted me out of there.I’m coming from the Rita’s in Annapolis where there’s many more flavor options available, and there’s no seating inside you just take it and go.I suggest the manager do something to make more flavors available. There was so little to choose from.
