Whew. It's some over dramatic folks posting, lol. I love this location...close, convenient and I've never bumped into a rude employee. Perhaps because I never really need one because everything is always easily accessible and easy to find. The one thing that could improve is curbside pickup...it takes too long for orders to get prepared for pickup. I usually just use scan and go however...I really don't understand why folks still stand in lines in this club. Unless you're paying cash, it's literally no reason to.

This place is the absolute worst! I had a membership a few years ago and hated it, so I let it lapse. I rejoined a few months ago and have had nothing but bad experiences since and am so pissed off every single time I leave that it's just not worth it. DO NOT JOIN!!!! Reasons? I'll list them... 1)The parking lot is a cluster fu@k with trash everywhere and parking is impossible because the spaces are tight and the isles are narrow. 2) the staff are ALWAYS rude if I ask where something is and the people who check you out are the worst and are defeated or abused by management. 3) the lines always go way down the isles. I've literally spent an hour waiting in line to check out just to be one away and they close the cashier and "merge" lines with no clear direction. 4) my final straw is that I just spent over a hour shopping and filling my cart and there was a power outage. How did they handle it? They had staff screaming at people to "leave your carts people! Leave them right where you are and get out!" While they were joking with each other that they get to go home now because there's so power. I asked if I could scan my items and pay on the app and they told me to just leave. Soooo huge waste of my time and they were rude to boot. Are they putting an entire store full of carts with food back on the shelf? The thought of that is just gross. There were hundreds of people in there! So let me leave you with this... if you shop this location you will have nothing but a bad experience. I have absolutely nothing good to say. Nothing. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Not worth it at all. I'd rather eat my teenagers dirty toe jam. Get it together Sam's Club!!!

This store is always crowded and the lines are always unreasonably long. The employees are rather rude and show no interest in actually helping customers. Fortunately, their app has a option to checkout online.

This location is always a mad house and covid has just made it that much worse. The parking lots are horrible, and the spaces are too small considering this is a bulk store with large carts making navigating through tightly parked cars a catastrophe! The lines are always long, but over the past few months they have stretched almost to the produce section. With such extreme lines, I am sure that they are well over the recommended capacity limit for covid safety. I highly recommend downloading their mobile app and using the scan and go feature which allows you to avoid the long lines at the cash registers. They also offer a pick up option, where you order online or through the website and schedule a pick-up during a specific time. They have finally added parking for the pick up orders right on the front of the building, so you can pop in and out conveniently. Thank God for small favor.

I got a job at the jewelry counter, but was only put on it once with assistance. Instead they made me work as a stocker but barely. I only stocked one cart once a week. The other days they had be putting away go back carts and zoning aisles ALL DAY LONG! They made me work late in the night until 11pm when the coaches knew that I walked to and from home. Im a girl and walking 30 min in the dark at night is not safe. I talked to them many times about getting my schedule changed. They could most definitely accommodate to my needs, they just didn't care to do it. The other employees I worked with were all snitches and nosy. They complained a lot to the coaches telling them that I move slow and I stand around and stuff. I have major depression. I cant help the fact that I move slow and I'm always doing something. Just because you walk by and see me standing it's because I'm thinking! Like get a life! The coach are all terrible except for coach Makay and Tabu. The rest shouldn't be in power because they take advantage of employees. Coach Sam and nana talked with me and told me that I need to improve on my attendance. I told them that I have major depression and coach sam said, "that's not my issue". How insensitive. Nana backed him up the whole time. Also coach nana scammed me. She sells marry k products on the side and I got some makeup. I cash apped her, but never got my Mary k. It took way longer to receive it than she told me it would take if I did get it. I gave her the money a month before I quit. Still didn't get the makeup even though she has my number, email, and home address. I requested my money back on cash app and she had the audacity the decline it. If you are young like I am don't work here or at least work at another location because this one is complete trash!! 2/10 would not recommend.

If you want to eat organic food, skip this place. I came here 2 years ago and I liked a twin doll set that I planned to get for my granddaughter. I became a member but when I tried shopping for food, I couldn't find one single item that was organic. It seems they are more interested in providing a low price. So if price is all that matters, you might like Sam's Club. But as for me, I want organic. I do not want pesticide, added chemicals to retain freshness, added sugar to hook me into wanting more. None of that stuff.

WORST EVER website ordering. Have been unable to complete order for 4 days. I took TP out of cart, thinking lack of stock may be the problem. Next attempt, the rebate amount had changed - don't care but that was odd. Now the delivery price on 1 item has changed so I no longer want it so I removed it. Once again, I can't complete the order. Perhaps site is overwhelmed but over 4 days, different times of day, I'd think the issue would be resolved. First time, trying- needing, to order on line. Will continue to shop in person once this is over.

Sam's club catonsville was one of my favorite stores at one point and time, but this is not the case now. The rude customer service and the lack management. The recent handling of merchandise such as Waters and toilet paper and soap was managed poorly. A limit should have been set in place but it has not been. So many people have been ordering online for months and being told that it's out of stock and not available in store as well. I blame corporate and management for this poor handling.

I pay 100.00 to join your club. Maybe you could have some carts by the door. Every time I shop here, I have to go back to the parking lot and find my own cart.

The only thing good about this location is the location(5miles from my home). I truly hate coming to this store. I hate that they closed the Owings Mills location (3 miles from my home). The other close locations (9 miles from my home but better store). Everything about this store requires long waiting. You have to wait a long line to get a cart. You have to wait a long time to get most products because they're still stocking items at 12 noon on a Saturday. You have to wait a long line to cash out. You have to wait a long line to get gas. My biggest pet peeve about this store is how managers do not help their staff. The managers stand around like they're too good when they recognize that their store needs help. As I stood outside in the rain waiting for a cart the manager was also outside on the phone talking politics. REALLY. Pack a lot of time and patience for this store.

The worst Sam's Club I've ever been to. Went to do a quick online pick-up and it took 45mins. It would have been better to shop for the items myself since I didn't order much. The cashiers I interacted with seemed like they were very eager to clock out. The bathroom was disgusting. Never again.

Shoppers beware!!!!!! I brought the supposed to be fresh stuffed salmon and it was spoiled. I returned it and go get another one spoiled too never again. The lines are always long and slow moving this Sam's should have closed it's doors instead of the Owings Mills location.

Where do I begin? Well all I can say is if you know of any other Sam's go there!!!The staff is extremely rude and slow moving. The bakery never ever picks up.There's one lady who stands at the self check out and harasses people until they can get to the door. I've never seen anyone as overzealous as her working a self check out in my entire life! Then when you get to the door they rummage through your whole cart to make sure you didn't steal anything I had never experienced that at any other location and I've been to many Sams; felt like I was a Convicted CRIMINAL I'll be heading to Glen Burnie location from here on out.

2:30PM on a Tuesday and there's not a line with fewer then a dozen people waiting (there were only 3 registers open). So I pay with the app and guess what? It was a 25 minute wait to get out the door after I had paid! Of course you could go to CS to give feedback or return everything to prove your point, but the line for that was just as long. I am going to renew my Prime membership and let Amazon bring my purchases to me. You can't complain about online shopping killing retail, then treat people like cattle when they come to you.
