The second Scittino’s is even closer to home so that is awesome. My family are sort of pizza snobs and each of them agree Scittino’s sauce and cheese distribution, taste and consistency is tops. The Sicilian products are great to peruse while waiting for pizza, plus they have a bar and maybe 7-8 tables for dine-in. Scittino's makes the most amazing food from pasta to deli sandwiches and the friendly and homey atmosphere is comforting and nice. I highly recommend this bodega/marketplace to anyone, but especially those in a hurry who want good food and don't have time to wait. Their daily specials are always amazing, hot, and ready to be served. The tortellini I had last time were incomparably delicious.
This has become our go-to place for great Italian cold cut and meatball subs as well as pizza. We often get them for our tailgate and they are the first items to go.
