very disappointed with this store i have ordered 2 cups of iced matcha latte, they just gave me with more than half cup of iced matcha latte

I never thought I'd be a Starbucks gal ever. Decided to try my newfound addiction, Chai Latte, and gave this company a chance after another company seemed to start giving me cups of milk. I have been visiting this location daily ever since. As I come through the door, I'm often greeted by name and today, by the manager with my latte in hand. I believe his name is DaVonte'. Please pardon my spelling or if I have your name wrong. Just wanted to send much thanks to the team at this location. Happy New Year to you! -Aisha

Over 20 minutes for a Cold Brew and a tea drink. You could make it faster yourself even if you had to freeze the ice. Avoid this location.

Can't keep my kid out of this place. Love the Dragon fruit Frappuccino. The big chunks of fruit with the whipped cream on top gives him big smiles.

We just visited this place and first we made a mobile ordered for brownie, they just packed that in a bad and we had ti ask again to warm it up. Then one of my friend ordered a frappuccino, they made us wait for like 15-20 minutes.
There was no customer before us and none after us.
The guy brought choco chips for the drink from inside and suddenly he stopped using his mobile and talking to other lady employee. They stood at the same place doing nothing and using their mobiles. Its would have been fine if they were busy in work or worried about something. They were literally laughing while using the mobiles.
The drink which we order takes less than 2-3 minutes to be made.
And the manager can check the camera to verify this thing the can be seen using mobiles while 4 people were waiting for their drink. 30 Nov , 7:40 - 8:00 pm.

I was feeling a bit under the weather and decided to try the hot medicine ball, and a warm chocolate croissant the fact that they doubled the cup since it was steaming hot was so thoughtful. It was so good. Up next…Will try the hot apple cider for the second time

I’ve never experienced a slower Starbucks in my life. This wasn’t just a one-time issue every visit has been painfully slow. Waiting 20 minutes or more for a simple coffee is beyond unreasonable. I’ve since started going to the Dunkin’ down the street because I know I’ll actually get my order quickly and correctly! Speed of service should be basic, and this location consistently fails. Unionize all they want, but if this level of slowness keeps up, I wouldn’t be surprised if robots eventually take over at least the coffee wouldn’t take forever. I won’t be returning.

If I could leave a zero stars review I would. This is by far the WORST location EVER. The service is undeniable unacceptable. I’ve gave this location more than enough tries. However my order still gets screwed up every single time. I am always very specific about how I want my drink made and they still fail miserably. The ribbon crunch frap is not a complicated drink to make. I always pay for 3 espresso shot which I never taste any espresso. I ask for extra crunch again nothing extra. The amount of money I pay does not equal up to the quality of service given. The barista(s) are horrible always. I receive exceptional service from other location any other time but this location ALWAYS fails. I do not recommend going to this location EVER!!!?

Didn’t greet me. Spelled my name wrong on the cup even after spelling it for them and pronouncing it. Then had me wait 15 mins while putting mobile orders that hadn’t even arrived yet over a customer who ordered at the register. No one seemed to be apologetic about the wait, even when I inquired they didn’t even bother to just make me drink over the mobile orders. 1 drink. That’s all I had. Worst Starbucks. I’m a local general manager in the area at another establishment I’ll make sure to let my 13,000 customers to avoid this Starbucks.

Devonte (hope I spelled his name correctly) is an exceptional employee! I watched him working behind the counter while I waited for my food and drink, and WOW! He is very efficient, moves quickly, and can certainly multitask very well.In addition, I observed his consistent, bright, positive attitude, and he made it a point to welcome every single customer that walked in the front door. He also wrote a smiley face on the drink cups, and everyone loves that, including me! Finally, I observed him doing an exceptional job at managing everything going on behind the counter. In todays world, it is very rare to see someone that really takes pride in their job and displays such excellent customer service skills. I hope Starbucks takes good care of him and recognizes that he is a real gem!!!

I used to work in this area and would come drink coffee and sit in Starbucks as I did my documentation for the day. As I remembered, they were busy, so I had to wait a little bit for my coffee. The staff were friendly and the store was clean.

Please figure this AC/ staffing issue out soon. Because the erratic closing is really frustrating. This has happened in the past too but especially the last week or so and it isn't clear across platforms whether they are open or closed and I've definitely wasted my time going there just for them to close as soon as I get there (2pm).
