Worst place ever to go. The old indian guy was extremely rude and arrogant. My husband and I went there yesterday (11/05/24) and literally came back without food because of this indian guy. We were telling him what we wanted on the sub and he started fussing about it. He started yelling and arguing with my husband. Please save yourself time and money and go to some other subway. 0 stars if I could have 😡

Close to one of the most frustrating experiences with food services. Firstly, I was waiting for a few minutes while the employee was finishing his food that he was eating. He was insistent on saying that I can’t use a Foot-long coupon for a Veggie patty sub, even though it was clearly not excluded on the coupon. Spoke in an unprofessional tone when I tried to explain this to him. Never coming back to this location.

The store manager and casihier was wrong ringing me up I was doing a split transaction ( 2 separate cards ) totaling up to 13$ I spent 8$ on cashapp and had 5-6$ in cash and I saw the transaction appear in my cashapp I showed the cashier because he told me I owed 8$ when he had my cash in his hand so I asked for a refund because he try say I didn’t pay the 8$ on card for subway he was arguing with me and he was being disagreeable so I asked for the manager ( not knowing it was him ) I showed his employee they try deny that the transaction went thru on my cashapp card when I have a screenshot and 1$ on cashapp they started getting violent because I try grab my money back after I AS I asked nicely for a refund so I called my mom I do not recommend this subway they put a court order on me and called police they put there hands on me so I defended myself i just came from the hospital I was recently admitted in the hospital around 04/20 /24 I haven’t been admitted in hospital since 8 years before that

Service- He was still on the phone talking in another language while he was making our food. I wanted to use a coupon . I wanted to get a subway club, and an all All American . He argued with me that I could only get build your own sandwiches. But neither sandwich was on the excluded list of the coupon.
After multiple times telling him the coupon doesn't exclude that then he finally allowed it.
Food- I don't like how they leave the metal lid of the meat fridge open so you can't see the meat going on the sandwich. He didn't put ham on my all American sandwich.
The ice machine was broken.

Just go to another location. The worker (Indian Guy) was rude. They didn't have utensils or salad dressing. The credit card machine was broken. Thank goodness I had cash because they were using a cellphone for credit card orders.

Inconsistent service depending on who's working. You have to pay a premium for the new Subway Melts, out of the ~12 times i've ordered them, more than 4 of them have been just made normal footlongs. Since I've been doing carryout during the pandemic, I don't realize the sub is messed up until I reach home. I finally saved up enough rewards points to offset the cost of the melt and it was just a regular footlong. Very disappointed.
