Inconsistent service depending on who's working. You have to pay a premium for the new Subway Melts, out of the ~12 times i've ordered them, more than 4 of them have been just made normal footlongs. Since I've been doing carryout during the pandemic, I don't realize the sub is messed up until I reach home. I finally saved up enough rewards points to offset the cost of the melt and it was just a regular footlong. Very disappointed.
It's not a popular Subway, and there's a Panera Bread a few doors down. But they remember their customers and are friendly. The broccoli & cheddar soup was a bit too runny for my likes, but if you're hungry enough you'll get it down.
This is the place to go for neatly piled sandwiches. I have been to other Subways where my Steak and Cheese looked deplorably deplorable it's almost blasphemous to eat it! Thank heavens for this place, I can eat in peace! ?
