I placed a pickup order for 6:15 p.m. and didn’t receive it until 7:00 p.m. When I finally got my food, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out. Instead of taking accountability or offering a fair resolution, the staff chose to hide behind fake smiles and pleasantries before walking away. A complimentary Thai tea is not an equitable solution after wasting 45 minutes of a customer’s time and serving a cold meal. Extremely disappointing experience.

The food was incredible, the ambience was perfect, and everything felt so well-coordinated. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the entire restaurant was spotless. (See attached pictures - drunken noodles and pad Thai - both delicious). A truly enjoyable dining experience from start to finish — highly recommended!

Hands II Thai Heaven! Delicious food hot fresh and made to order. It’s a cozy and cute spot and the owner is very personable and friendly. We enjoyed the peach tea, pineapple fried rice, tom kha soup, drunken noodles, and panang curry. We also had the veggie spring rolls which were my absolute favorite!! I recommend going hungry and trying several dishes. Everything was delicious, the only thing is the white rice was slightly over cooked, but we will most definitely be back again! Great service definitely solidified this as a great choice ! Loved it !

I took my grandchildren to Thai Heaven for their first time. I haven't been there in years and let me tell you absolutely nothing was disappointing. We got the spring rolls, dumplings, wonton soup, the Thai Heaven panang and Pad Thai with tofu, garlic broccoli in a brown sauce with chicken. The presentation was beautiful and it was like coming home to your Aunty's house who you haven't seen in awhile. Loaded with flavor, fresh ingredients, everything was delicious. Old school r&b and soft rock and a calm serene atmosphere my grand loved it. My grandson loved the broccoli in his meal. And the peach tea🤌🏾 delicious. We had an absolutely wonderful time. We will come again!

The minute I walked in, Lizzy greeted me warmly, as if I were an expected dinner guest. I was assured of my welcome and allowed to sit wherever I wanted. This set the tone for a relaxing luncheon to celebrate a friend's birthday. Lizzy was managing or assisting several different roles, but she exuded peace and serenity as she took the time to talk and personally connect with me. Throughout the entire meal she was personable and professional; efficient and laid back; warm and friendly. She encouraged us to stay and visit as long as we wanted to. We only had to leave when the restaurant closed. We left with full bellies (did I mention how tasty the drunken noodles and red curry was, with perfect portions and reasonable pricing as lunch specials?) and a great dining experience under our belts! Thai Heaven never disappoints.

Excellent service, even with a single server working in the front (and doing some of the cooking too!). They gave me a free milk coffee, and also offered to replace a dish that was too spicy (one of our party has extremely low spice tolerance).
