I came back to The Beaumont today, and once again this place reminded me why it is one of my favorite cozy spots in Catonsville. It is spelled Beaumont, but everyone just calls it “The Belmont.” It is not a huge restaurant, and honestly that is what gives it its charm. The vibe is warm, intimate, and relaxed, and you can feel the quality in the food and the service right away.

I ordered the Breakfast Burger, cooked medium, and it was perfect. Juicy, flavorful, topped with the over easy egg, bacon, greens and that special house sauce. Everything tasted fresh and made in-house. The truffle fries that came with it were unbelievable. I did not need ketchup, sauce, or even salt. They were seasoned perfectly with that rich truffle aroma and a perfect crisp.

To drink, I had the Beaumont Spritz which comes with cava, orange liqueur, and strawberry purée. It was sweet with a little tart kick, but balanced beautifully. Definitely one of the best brunch cocktails I have had in a while.

My bartender today was Jessica, and she was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and really added to the experience. She even mentioned that what makes their place special is the fact that it is not a big restaurant, so they put a lot more love and detail into everything they serve.

While I was there, I also met someone who used to own the All-State Career School where I earned my CDL. We chatted for a bit and talked about potentially linking up in the future to do a TikTok promo for CDL students. Unexpected but a great connection.

Overall, my time at The Beaumont was excellent. Great food, great drinks, great people, and just a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. I honestly wish I had a bigger stomach because everything looked good.

Five stars from me. I will definitely be back.

Since moving to the Catonsville / Ellicott City area we have been looking for a spot for steak...we found it. This is an unassuming corner location on Frederic Road and is just awesome. The service is spot on, the entrees (Delmonico and beef tips) were perfectly done. There were interesting appetizer items - get the pierogies! We'll be back!

Our new Monday night date spot! The food is very high quality, the drinks are great, and the staff is awesome. Paulie behind the bar is the best! Definitely try their hand cut french fries - some of the best around! I also really like the surf and turf cobb salad - it's very fresh with premium ingredients.

Great experience, outstanding service and large servings. Crab cakes, cod and lamb shank were delicious, as was apple pie ala mode.

We came here to celebrate our 16 year date-iversary. Wish we'd celebrated here sooner! Hip vibe, nice adult beverage selection, and the just released fall menu was full of amazing appetizers and mains. We started with the lobster perogi and goat cheese medallions and then the classic filet and the lobster and shrimp pasta. All. Was. SO. Delish. Save room for dessert, we couldn't believe the size of the apple pie a la mode. Our server was Darcel and he was terrific. We'll definitely be back, hopefully before our next anniversary!!

Date night was an absolute success. Food is a bit pricey but definitely worth it. We got the porterhouse for 2 and I can say without a doubt it was the best piece of meat either of us ever had. My one and only complaint is space. You are almost elbow to elbow with the next table. My husband is 6 ft 6 almost 300 pounds. It was a tight fit and conversations had to remain on topics you didn’t mind others hearing.

We had a lovely dinner and food was delish. Pricing was steep but thats kind of the trend these days as we have noticed everywhere thanks to bad administration tactics. Mel our waiter was very good and served us perfectly. We met another couple while we were there who loved the restaurant and has been there many times. So, we will definately go back again.

Great meals! Deviled eggs and grilled octopus for apps; scallops, red snapper, and bone-in pork chop as entrees. Everything was delish, our server was attentive but allowed our group to talk and take our time! Cocktails also very good and generous pours. Love this local little gem in our back yard! One request - bring the burger back while at the bar for dinner !!!!!!

From start to finish, our experience at The Beaumont was nothing short of delightful. The atmosphere was inviting, the food was exceptional, and the service truly elevated the evening. Jessica, our server, was phenomenal—attentive, kind, and incredibly skilled. She crafted a ginger-based mocktail that was bold, balanced, and unforgettable. Though I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who brought out our meals, his professionalism and warmth didn't go unnoticed. Together, they made us feel genuinely cared for. Every dish was beautifully prepared, but if you're visiting, do yourself a favor and try the peach BBQ lamb appetizer. Everyone at our table ordered it, and it was a unanimous hit—tender, flavorful, and creatively plated. We'll absolutely be returning. The Beaumont has earned a special place on our list of favorites.

Excellent food and excellent service. The crispy grits and grits were great, as was the pasta with shrimp and lobster. Good food and lots of fun.

First time here, made reservations for 60th Birthday. Sat in “Diners Row”. A long stretch of tables where you're within 2 ft of the next table. Don't care for this. Too close to next tables where you can hear conversation and touch their table. Small place. Need more room. Wine & Cocktail were great. Had the smoked Old Fashioned. Delicious. App was the Fried Green Tomatoes and recommended by server. Decent but wouldn't get again. Sauce was lacking. Asked for more sauce but it wasn't good. Server offered another app and then didn't say anything else & removed everything off the table. Entrees came out (Pork Rib Eye & Stuffed Trout). The Trout was ok. The Pork was nice size and cooked perfectly. However the sauce was smeared on, VERY salty and not very flavorful. When I mentioned this to the Server he rolled his eyes and smirked - walking away. Who does this ? Like he took it personally. Returned and removed the dish but didn't want anything else. I talked to the server in the back of the restaurant. I explained how offended I was with his reactions and smirk. His comment was “she doesn't like anything”. WOW, well it wasn't good & she knows what she likes. She wasn't being picky. Not a good way to treat your customers. Overall - Ambiance was decent - food subpar. Service disappointing. After a meal, I always ask would we go back ? ......NO Too many other places that are much better
