If you are dreaming about BBQ, then make a b-line for Wielands. In it's most recent location it's a combination of food truck and dine-out. The incredible smell of the food cooking on the smoker as you approach will seduce you. Incredible brisket, wings and specials. Follow the Facebook page to keep updated. The Philly cheese steak was almost better than one from Philly.

Dig the location. Service was funny…some folks may need to work on interpersonal skills. Brisket was very very dry. That said, I will go back again and give it another try. Let’s see.

Stumbled upon this food truck nestled in the parking lot behind an ice cream place. Good BBQ, friendly staff - just a bit expensive. If you're driving through this area & are hungry, I would recommend the brisket.

Disappointed ?, small portions and over-priced. Left here hungry and bought additional bbq food elsewhere.

We stopped in for their new “Philly” style hoagies. They were overpriced and awful. After seeing their posts on Facebook I was so excited as I am currently on a spiritual quest of sorts for the perfect Italian Cold Cut. Unfortunately this missed the mark on every aspect. The highlight was the young men working the truck that evening although chatty, they were super kind and offered great service.

Oh, how I long for a BBQ restaurant in town that can actually make Texas style brisket successfully!!! Wieland's gives it a good shot, but came up short the day we ate there for lunch. The $13 brisket sandwich is an ample portion. The meat has a beautiful smoke ring and a tasty bark. Unfortunately, the day we ordered, the meat was as dry as a desert, as if it had been too long on the fire. The brisket beans, however were a hit with plenty of chunks of meat. The BBQ stand is on the back parking lot behind Tastee Zone, with a nice covered eating area with tables and plenty of parking. Eat local!!

Fourth of July came and went with no BBQ. I figure there has to be a BBQ place near work, so I look on Yelp and come across this place. It's only open Thursday and Friday so I wait until Thursday to head there. The food is fantastic! I had a brisket sandwich. It was huge and the best brisket I've had in Maryland so far. They have sides and things, but I'm trying to stay awake at work. The service was good and relatively fast and the prices are not unreasonable. Go there for great BBQ and good music. It might be impossible to not have a food coma, but it's worth it.

Their beef brisket and turkey are the bomb! Order in advance and bring back to your next event. They are the best around!

Great little spot. We went to get ice cream and they are located towards the bottom of the hill where the ice cream was. This was some of the best brisket I've ever had. The sandwich had half pulled pork and half brisket. The spicy sauce is phenomenal and I could drink it right out the bottle. The baked beans were amazing as well. Really good spot for a quick meal. Will be back for the beans for sure.Kid-friendliness: Near an ice cream shop. Has tables which are covered and seating us out doors. They also have a fire pit, so mind your kids if they're smaller.Parking: Small parking spots available since it shares a location with another business.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a food truck so it's pretty accessible and the employees were kind. No doubt they'd help of required.

I ordered catering for a 65 person "wedding" (we were already married). Mark was great to work with and the food was perfect for our event. I needed a non-pork meat option and was a little apprehensive about smoked turkey, but the meat was so moist I'm still blown away a couple of days later. The baked beans are out of this world, and my husband can't stop eating them.Vegetarian options: Beans have meat in them, but they are very, very delicious (and meat is common in beans).Dietary restrictions: Mark gave me a full description of all of the allergies and dietary profiles of the dishes so I could have them labeled.

Excellent outdoor BBQ food. The live music was a nice surprise and touch. Just plain good food, meats are slow-cooked on site in smokers. It's like a permanent BBQ food truck, with tables arranged outdoors under shelter for eating and listening to the live music. Great neighborhood food place. It's also immediately adjacent to an ice cream vendor. We'll be back!

First time there yesterday. The brisket tasted good but the sandwiches were not even warm. I was on the toilet all day today. Maybe it’s old food? Or they aren’t storing it properly?
