I only gave 4 star for food because the appetizers were not great. HOWEVER, the shrimp tacos and seafood vegetable soup? DEFINITELY worth the drive and would go again! Service was excellent and loved sitting outdoors.

We went for the fried pickles. They were so so. The cheese steak eggs rolls were not crispy and maybe over cooked. The Ruben was not tender. The onion rings and grilled cheese were good. There was an issue with a special price not being charged and after I asked it was fixed but still not correct. $80 with tip for three of us and I ordered a $10 meal with water.

Great place to meet and visit. Take your time enjoy a slow meal.Kid-friendliness: Many families bring their children. There is children menu. Once a child starred crying and the mother took him out until he was in control.

This place has some great vibes, good music, outdoor seating for the spring/summer. Service was also phenomenal (not overbearing and not neglectful) the seafood was fantastic. Glad I stopped here on my short MD visit. I will be returning ??

They put wings in when I got a grilled cheese and had to drive back. Took forever for them to get the grilled cheese ready after the fact. The atmosphere is the unholy love child between your racist uncle's Facebook page and a 2 star bar. Can't say I recommend.

We were on our way home down 301 and wanted a bite to eat that wasn't fast food. We stumbled upon Docs in a small side town and decided to give it a try.The restaurant itself is a really cool place, it has a dining side, separate bar side with high tops and an outdoor seating area as well. We sat at the bar and were quickly given menus and a drink.The menu has a great selection of apps and sandwiches, it was honestly tough to decide what to get because it all sounded great. We started with seafood soup which had a very rich flavor that was not just Old Bay and a side caesar salad which was large and tasty.Ultimately we got the Short Rib Grilled Cheese and Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. Both were tasty, the grilled cheese needed more cheese and horsey sauce but it was still good, the chicken sandwich was everything to be expected and very fresh. I'm so glad we said yes to the house made potato chips that come as a side, they were on point and delicious....we had to get a box to stop ourselves from eating them all!The service was good, I asked for a small alteration of the chicken sandwich and they were happy to oblige.We were in and out within an hour and definitely will be returning to try more delicious items!Parking: Gravel parking lot, 2 entrances
