Customer service is exceptional. Stephen, Manager, went above and beyond !!!! I placed my order at the wrong Hardee's. Despite this, Stephen filled my order and did not charge me again. This level of service is VERY HARD to find these days.
I truly appreciate him taking care of my issue and would HIGHLY recommend this location!!!

Criminally underrated fast food experience. Don't let the low key exterior fool you. Ham and chicken were perfect, employees provided friendly service and tables were clean. Everything was stocked. Haven't had Hardee's in years and reminds me of the old school Hardee's. will stop here again if I'm in town.

Family of 3, 2 burgers and chicken tenders like $20 Good was delicious and We ate inside, place was clean staff was polite and helpful. Will be returning in the near future
Stopped in here today to use the rest room and to pick up a cold drink. Alot of driving on a hot day. Went up to counter to place order, and there was a gentleman covering both the drive thru and front line. Name tags showed him as the shift leader, name Zeke. Man had a great attitude, very friendly, yet professional. He displayed top notch customer service and made it a good stop.

The service is excellent and the employees are great. The food is always hot and fresh. I've never had cold fries there. The lettuce on the burgers tastes like it was just chopped up. The ambience is way better than McDonald's .
