Beer battered Rockfish. Such a waste of good fish. Soggy fries, sauce of mayo with a touch of Old Bay.Very flat. Plating a greasy mess.

Sat at the bar, got a drink, which was fine ordered carry out when I got home and opened my honey jalapeño chicken sandwich it was just bread and it overcooked piece of fried chicken that was gray.In the order was also some Korean pork tacos, which turned out to be shrimp tacos by mistake, and the shrimp wasn’t edible. Spent $80 to come home and throw food directly into the trashcan. I wish I would’ve snapped a pic. ?

What a nice surprise. The wife and I were passing by, decided we were hungry, and stopped in. Beer was cold and the food was terrific. This place is not on our normal travel lanes but we are happy to go a little out of our way for another visit.

If you want good food with a side of ear drum damage, this is your place. Musician's singing wasn't bad, it just did nothing to add to the atmosphere and was hellishly loud. All around me people were craning the hear their dinner company. No one seemed to be enjoying themselves. I wish Centreville had better options.

Stopped for dinner and it was not a good experience. Husband's chicken on the chicken and waffles was ridiculously raw. The very young server didn't really know how to handle the situation and I had to flag her down to get it taken care of. Servers were just hanging out. We sent the meal back to be remade and I finished my meal long before his came back. Chicken was cooked but all the breading fell off as soon as he cut into it. My PBLT was ok but very little fries to go with it. Bartender was extremely loud and was letting a guest use a large knife to cut a label off a bottle so she could open it. He was slicing downwards towards the other hand he was using to hold the bottle. After asking for the check the girl dropped it and almost ran away. Didn't say thank you or anything. Clearly there was a lack of training and supervision in the front and back of house.

The best restaurant in Centreville, MD so far. We are always seated immediately, service begins within a few minutes of sitting down. Weekend specials, live music and full bar. Nothing is frozen. We have tried just about everything on the menu and everything has great flavor. I wouldn't say the crab cake it the best in town but it is full of lump meat. We love the creative specials!

We made it in to the Alibi tonight for the first time. We were seated immediately at a bar seat, which was a high top that could seat four. Our waitress, Linda, greeted us and took our drink orders right away. She was very patient as I asked a bunch of questions about the menu. Our dinner arrived quickly and it was yummy! I had the fried fish, which came with a delicious Old Bay tartar sauce. The fries were so plentiful that neither one of us could finish them. My only (minor) complaint was that it was difficult to eat the fish in the basket it arrived in, as the paper and wire made it hard to get the flaky fish. But the food was great! A live acoustic guitar player came midway through our meal and although he played right next to us, we were able to continue to have a conversation. The decor is nice and it is divided by a hallway which makes the place feel cozy, although there seems to be plenty of seating. We will return!

We came in last night for dinner with our kids. Atmosphere was charming, food was an elevated take on pub nosh and our server Tiffany was very nice. We had the nachos, wings and Korean tacos. The nachos had a healthy amount of steak, the wings were juicy, and the tacos had bold flavor. The kids enjoyed their chicken tenders and fried fish. Will come again since Easton has lost its original gastropub.
