“It took a while for our waitress to greet us and take our food order.. But once she did, everything was good. The drinks and food came out quick. Our waitress Lupita was nice and checked on us often.
The women's restroom was clean, but had a funny smell.“

“I've consistently had great service/food at this location. There was a period of time (probably a year ago) when they seemed to be slow during several of my visits, but lately that hasn't been my experience. Their fries are delicious and always hot. Gary at the first window is super nice, as-is everyone else, but his name tag was the only one I read before driving off.“

“We got an appetizer sampler and nachos to share. And I got the $5 drink special and it was really good. When we got our aperizer sampler unfortunately the wings and mozzarella sticks were cold. We told our server and she had it remade and the manager brought it out quickly and apologized. No big deal things happen. When it came back out and it was hot it was really good though!“

“Really enjoy their flame broiled chicken, and sauces. The young man, Hasni, who has taken my order several times, is very courteous and patient. and always willing to assist or answer any questions you have.“

“After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well. I’m grateful to the team at the Prince Frederick MD Five Guys restaurant. They have our repeat business“

“I love burger king but this one their customer service is bad, they're super slow yet not busy! They don't have Fanta orange which is my favorite, their team seems to have ear problems to hear or microphone challenges as they don't pay that much attention when talked to. I don't think they're a bad team though, probably just needs better training. Also the last burgers I ordered yesterday08/14/25 (#1)for dinner were too salty I had to trash them &I ended up cooking. Sucks!
Besides that I truly love all the team. Just get better training please.“

“We just went to your Dunkirk location and I just wanted to let someone know that your staff was and is always fantastically nice and helpful. I literally always remark to my wife that your staff there is so nice and she just told me that I should share that with you so I am. And the food was outstanding. Thanks a bunch!“

“This is my local McDonald's so I've been here more than any other. When I do visit other McDonald's, I am often disappointed. This review is based on this particular McDonald's and not whether McDonald's in general is five stars or otherwise, but this McDonald's in my opinion is a five-star McDonald's.“

“This is an architecturally interesting McD's that was decent enough in terms of food quality and service. There is a restroom available in the dining room. When I went there was a disruptive mentally disabled guy in the dining room, so I didn't stay long. But I did get my food fairly quickly and there weren't any mistakes. The ice cream was so-so- shamrock McFlurry wasn't fully mixed. Overall not a bad option if you need food in a hurry in Chesapeake Beach.“
